Yep thats right my girlfriend of 4 years has left me because Ive been playing to much EVE.
Since launch I come home log on (except for crap downtimes) and play the game for 6 or 7 hours straight.
After 1 week of this its...
GF "hey baby come to bed"...
Me " Yeah yeah sure I just gotta kill this *****"
GF 2 hours later " baby when the hell you coming to bed"
Me " yeah yeah sure just gotta collect this reward"
and so it goes.......
After few weeks of this GF says " right **** you and your game Im going back home..
Now this is the third time this has happened with a game...
Guild Wars
World of Warcraft
EVE
So for all the problems this game has its got me hooked, and now Im going to measure all games from the girlfriend leaving factor...

dude i use to play eve alot & it would sometimes annoy my g/f... but i always found time for her, i mean seriously u'd rather play eve then spend an eveing with ur g/f, wtf? sorry to be harsh, but its ur own fault!

It does sound like the OP could be a wee bit addicted to EVE, but EVE helped him find out that was not the woman for him.

Girlfriends are good because you can always get another one. Hookers are better because they tell you exactly what it will cost for them to put out up front, and they don't follow you around afterwords.
