Drag the little yellow tag from the moon harvester to the silo, then click apply.
Also, if that's a real Dyspro moon, don't show it's location in a screenshot, someone's bound to go shooty at the pos now

You might also want to consider installing a coupling array between the harvester and the silo.
Silos have to be taken offline to empty them. So either you time it just right so you offline, loot, then repower the silo immediately after a load of materials has arrived from the moon harvester, or risk losing an hour's worth of resources.

All moons are like this on test server, imagine if such a moon did exist on TQ, it'd be the most fought over moon ever. --

That was already answered in the other (exactly the same) thread you posted. It even has links to screenshots which show how you should set it up.

Probably means they're working on changing things and need all available to test, as the test server used to have a seed like the main server (though obviously a totally different seed so you couldn't scan moons on the test server and use that on the live server)... now they have all minerals ? Sounds like they're testing something new ;)

Probably easier just to set all the moons to "4 of everything" than to actually reseed the moons every single time the server gets reset.

Originally their was one seed for the dev server, one for the live server and one for the test server. When they 'reset' the test server, they don't replace the tables relating to POSs/moons. So it only needs to be done once. |

It's probably easier to give every moon every harvestable mineral than make sure they are scrambled sufficiently so they are different to TQ. --
