I am 2nd on the reserve list :) Currently I hold 20% (200 shares) of my own stock, but since my IPO was more popular than I originally thought, I had the idea of selling the 200 shares I have to the first two on the reserved list. I always thought the owner of the IPO had to throw some money into the pot too. My other idea is to increase the amount of shares by 1000, keeping the same price of course, turning the IPO into a 1 billion ISK endeavor. I haven't made a decision yet as this IPO hasn't started, which it will tomorrow, so it's a tad too early to tell. If I do decide to roll with it, expect the vote to commence (as shareholders have to vote to increase corp shares) probably 1-2 months from now and right after the dividends go out so I can better gauge if I really need the additional funds. I hope that explains it for you .

Thanks for your support. And to further my answer to Charni, I don't see a problem selling the shares I have to the first two who reserved shares. An Audit has already been done and has been approved upon by the auditor, who also sent his ISK to me to buy shares, so i don't think there will be a problem. Expect an EVE mail to you and aegisburnem, who was the first to reserve shares. I'll send you guys a message when I get home.

For future reference, the list of the names on the reserve list are in order. So the people at the top will receive the offers first, but if I decide to increase the shares by 1000, everyone will more than likely receive an offer for shares.

I hope that explains it for you . selling your shares (the 200) does not raise any red flags for me as it does not dilute the overall share pool and does not change the audit parameters / assumptions. Doubling the share offering - I'm not sure how that will be taken - I recommend you consult with the other share owners and give them the option of backing out without penalty if they are not happy with the dilution of shares. Dividends will still be paid today, but they'll be coming later tonight. I'll post the monthly report then as well. The monthly report itself won't have nearly as much information as I'd like since I started using EMMA towards the end of the month. The data only encompasses the middle of the month to now. Regardless, investors will be very pleased with the progress and profits that have been made. See you guys later tonight.
