Tbh everyone has their occasional stroke of genius but also alot of absolute trash can also come out of them.
Ctp Branko is probs quite a good one for me because he has enough experience flying frig sized ships that he actually understands what I'm talking about, instead of all the people who basically skip flying frigs all together and come on here claiming that they are rubbish and couldn't hurt a well setup fly, even though they have no experience flying them. |

P.S. You haven't added Cpt Branko even those he knows more than alot of the jerks that you have put up there (and yes his name has been repeated in this thread by multiple people).

Alot of these people don't know what they're talking about half of the time though, and they only have respect because they say what the majority of EVE wants to hear and so therefore you can read a thread with everyone agreeing with them... it does however not mean they are right.
I just find it stupid how your basically saying these guys know everything, listen to them and disregard any idea someone else has.

I'm only being rude because I think you making an elitest group of people is a silly idea (also your ignorance, arogance and rudeness is helping). It means that when they do talk twaddle everyone will listen and when someone else talks sense everyone will pass them by because their name is not on "the list".
For instance I have flown every frig in the game and flown pretty much exclusivly frigs since I first started my EVE character x years ago. Because my name is not on this list though I will get people being sheep and telling me I don't know what I'm talking about.
I'm really not sure why I'm saying all this because you are obviously too dim to take it in but I suppose it's worth a try.

The point is though half the time their logic doesn't make sense, they are talking out their arse and because of rep everyone agrees with them and all this thread will do is emphasise that effect.
It will also stop the odd person who doesn't have a rep coming on and actually talking some sense being disregared completely if people only listen to those who are on "the list".
I'm not offended by the fact that no-one has mentioned me, I don't expect anyone to mention me because I don't fly hugely standard setups or with standard styles and therefore the majority disagree with me. I do however think that a thread such as this encouraging people to not listen to a word I'm saying without even trying it is stupid.
P.S. Sorry if I'm not talking a huge amount of sense but I'm tired, I'll come back when I'm more awake and try to put across what I'm trying to say better.

If your willing to try the ideas mentioned in the thread in question (rather than just dismiss them out of hand because they are something different) then this sounds like a great idea to me.
I'm all for having more responsible members of the forums selected out (I know that I am not one of these people, no-one can be perfect after all ), I just don't agree with it being split into a group which is right and everyone should listen to and then everyone else, who are wrong and not worth listening to.

P.S. I think your a pretty decent poster, one or 2 of your setups I have used (or were they atika's, can't remember) with a little bit of adjustment and have found them work pretty well.

So really this is just a post of people who are good with fluffy writing and being diplomatic... maybe thats where I'm going wrong, meh.
Everyone knows alots about something though, just because they don't wrap it up nicely it doesn't mean their ideas are bad, it just means that they aren't that type of person and I don't think people should be ignored because of it.
If you want to have a nice relaxing read then yea, only ever bother reading/paying attention to what the people in the list say. You will miss out on huge amounts of good information though, I geuss it's the readers choice.

You must have not seen many of my posts... or Liang's for that matter... or Waxau's... or... well, you get the idea 
Compared to mine or alot of the people you get on here they are very diplomatic and logical.
