Many thanks to Sterbehilfe of the Silent Guard for hosting this little gem of a teamspeak recording on his Untouchables clan site and making it available to all of you  .
Heard here is a small (but exciting) portion of the FU / PA summit late Saturday night / early Sunday morning:
At approximately 06:30 early Sunday morning, the Phoenix Alliance (PA) declared certain corporations, including Legion of the Damned (LOD) (a Fade Union corporation), as Kill-On-Sight.
A force of Cyberdyne Industries (CDI) and Generals of Destruction (GODS) battleships opened fire on Fade Union forces, destroying a tempest and sending other heavily outnumbered forces into retreat before the PA fleet.
Emergency talks were held, and DREDD of the Phoenix Alliance was invited to the LOD teamspeak server in an attempt to sort things out. At one point, SH1TTAKE, a self-admitted RONA carebear, entered the discussion and the following exchange occurred: LINKAGE.
Voices heard are PHONIX, TAZ911 from LOD, Sh!ttake from RONA CORP and DREDD from BTLS.

I can personally say, that due to the intervention of a few good men, all issues are worked out. PA is stronger than ever & NAST will survive. United on a common cause.....end of story. Damn, I sounded like idiot in that clip. There's no question I overreacted a little bit and I am sorry for that. If I had not been booted from the TS server, perhaps I could have actually heard this magical evidence they have.
To put things in context a bit, I had been playing for 12 hours and had a bunch of beers in me at the time. I had spent many hours that evening in convos (one telling Reikoku ever so politely to leave PA space but they seem to think they can go wherever they want) and preparaing for battle in D7 (which was averted by me being a middle man SweatySack, Halseth, and CDI reps). All this convo and TS garbage had worn me out.
Then I was invited into (what I think was) the FU TS server. They seemed to have overwhelming evidence against CDI for hiring Palladins to gank some people. I don't know about you, but whatever evidence Cao Cao claimed to have (I assume chat logs), I will have trouble believing it since he is a pirate and we know how pirates are (in game that is).
My frustration during that long day was with Reikoku for repeatedly invading our space and attacking several different PA alliance corp members. Although, I am a little distressed that FU seems to be so buddy-buddy with Reikoku (who also seem to work with Palladins as of late).
These comments and beliefs are mine and mine alone. Not my corp's, and not my alliance's.

It's hardly "magically" ... there is a chatlog that clearly shows a member of CDI attempting to hire Paladins of the Red Skull to attack all non PA/ non NAST ships in the Tribute freepace zone. Nobody has seriously doubted the credibility of that chatlog and CDI have not denied it either when pressed. It happened ****take, everyone knows it happened, now deal with the fact that it happened rather than acting dumb and pretending it didn't.

RKK had been subject to a KOS from the PA order and received solid evidence that PA corporations were hiring pirate corps to attack them. They considered this an act of war (strangely) and were in "your" territory/"claimed space" to hold you to account for the actions of a member corporation.

Well I can understand how continually putting your head in the sand and avoiding the obvious evidence that you were a tool in the hands of CDI plotting to bring your alliance to war for their own purposes is quite exhausting.

Let me put this into perspective for you. Phoenix Alliance are "pirates" yourself, yes, right now. You know why? Because one of your member corps has been taxing neutral corporations in the Tribute free space Zone the healthy sum of 15m isk per day. This in total violation of the NAST treaty declared by Halseth Durn and full opposition to the purpose of that freespace declaration. And yes there is a chatlog, and yes I believe it also. So by association, you are a pirate ****take, you belong to a pirate alliance. Your member corps are making money from Piracy.
Thats fact.
But of course thats not reason enough to make or break a logical argument because the mere fact that one is a pirate does not make one a liar.
You see the point I trust?
Cao Cao told the truth, the chatlog with CDI was fact, a PA corp attempted to hire killers to target neutrals (including Jericho Fraction) in tribute as some kind of dirty tricks campaign to remove opposition so they could make a fortune out of the D7 station.
You have been played like a fool ****take but not by anyone other than CDI and yourself.

If anyone has an association with Paladins it is Pheonix Alliance, after all your alliance membercorp attempted to buy them.

If a Jericho Fraction member came on this thread and spieled a load of half-truths, juvenile evasions, nonsense and ill-thought out slander, do you suspect for one moment that the Jericho Fraction name would be secure from association with such a display? No, I think not. You are not your spaceship ****take, but you are your corp. That is a hard truth you have to learn.
And PA has to learn that it will be held accountable for the actions of its membercorps.

****take I highly suggest you delete your post now and then go back and talk to your leadership about our current situation.
We are not the ones working with or trying to work with Paladins, you should really take a long look at CDI before you start pointing your fingers at us.
Not one hour after speaking to PA leadership about getting them under control and agreeing to a temporay cease fire, 3 CDI Battleships attempted to gank one of my raven pilots. The cdi ship remains can be found orbiting the D7 station if you want to come wash those too.
And as for our invasion force in venal, it was one frig sent to scout a blob I thought might be some more CDI coming to fight, so get a grip.
We are Fade Union allies so they are all "buddy buddy" with us and I was on there teamspeak for almost 2 hours working on this before you even had a chance to get booted.

Just to reiterate for anyone confused (*cough prophecy *cough*)
CDI are KOS to RKK for attempting to hire pirates to kill everyone in Tribute including all of our friends.
Paladins are KOS to RKK (always have been, always will be) for being pirates. We have never worked with them.
The rest of the innocent PA corps are not KOS.
Phonix is hilarious on TS, he doesn't take any **** from anyone and isn't afraid to stand up to bullies.

****take, Cao Cao told us about it in chat, and we got him on TS about 1 minute after Conmen offered his proposal. We all had a great laugh about it. Right when Conmen asked him, he immediately told us. This was all within minutes of you CDI asshats ganking Remo.
Anyhow, I trust him anyhow, and this is after his corp popped two of our bs's the day before. =) Right when the ganking happened, he was in system, and thought that was the most incredibly lame thing ever and offered us assistance.
Stick that in your carebear pipe and smoke it.
Still a little more than surprised you haven't kicked CDI out of PA, they seem to be one hell of liability to PA's health and reputation.

Wow looks like judgement day for the PA. Everyone, their grandmother and their greatgrandfather's dog seem to be out to villify the PA.
I dont see why Revol are complaining since they are the one's whose members were shooting down PA ships in venal and elsewhere. So I dont think they have a leg to stand on if we do the same and say "oops our bad", because thats exactly what they did. And anyways aren't revol supposed to be overthrowing FA or something.
As for RKK they being the ones who claimed they would kill PA if they were offered money and then claiming it was a joke, maybe conmen meant it as a joke as well. If you can joke so can we. And as for DB Preachers pompous statements about just CDI being on their kos list and the rest of us carebears in PA can keep our miserable lives, I say dont pretend you are more than what you are. What do you think if RKK put us all on their KOS list we would all run off to mommy or something.
I am not even going to address the CA guys who posted here because I sense a lot of anger and frustration in their words, let them cool down first.
And finally for all you friendly people offering us advice on what to do with CDI, mind your own friggin business. We take care of our own whether it be good or bad. And why dont all you hypocrites get the plank out of your eye before you remove the speck from ours.

I thought artegg knew we were messing around as we are friends from the NVA time. However, the truth of the matter remains that people on all sides attempted to hire RKK to attack the PA and each and every offer was turned down.
CDI attempted to hire PIRATES to kill EVERYONE (not just RKK) in Tribute.

I think you misunderstand, that wasn't a pompous statement.
It was a statement to show that we differentiate between the GOOD corps in the alliance (e.g. NSN, R-K, OI) and the blatantly evil corps in the alliance.
At no point did I say "the rest of us carebears in PA can keep our miserable lives" because that simply isn't what I think.
There appears to be a constant mix of information handed out from the PA. On one hand, the eve universe is told that individual corps in the PA can deal with thier own problems, however, it appears that isn't the case all the time. The duality of this information is extremely confusing for the rest of the eve universe.
Perhaps you should contact your superiors to see what is occuring in the PA at the minute because I fear you are missing vital information.
You can contact me in-game also when I am around, I would be glad to have a chat with confused individuals about the actions of CDI.
Finally, there was a lot of hatred aimed at RKK for it's forum whoring after the original NAST debacle. We have curbed that forum whoring. However, I won't stand aside and simply shut up when RKK's name is being dragged through the mud.
If people don't wish us to forum ***** then quite simply don't challenge us in the forums.

You mean the thing I worked diligently on for 7 hours with various reps from PA while you guys revoked and re-added us to KOS twice daily? Let me remind you that this was going on when Revol was doing joint patrols with PA against pirates, let me also remind you that we lost 2 battleships to the paladins in the defense of the station the day before this all happened.
Those talks drove me bananas towards the end and our patience was all but exhausted on the matter. We were going to pay some compensation to you guys, but after all of your threats and actions we decided we were through with talking, and the CDI gang gank seconds later was the result, then moments later they tried to hire PLD who killed two of our battleships the day before to kill us.
The funny part about this is I told Remo to get out of the gang and get to a safe spot because I was going to tell them the discussion was over, but he refused to do it because he didnt want to lose trust while I said it because I my guts told me CDI was going to pull lameness like this before it happened. PLD thought that was lame, and told us about the merc offer from Conmen immediately and offered assistance. So you see we had alot to complain about, and we did it with our guns after that.
Now during these talks when we are not kos half of PA shoots at us, while the other half doesnt. You guys can't even tell your own corps what the hell is going on which indirectly which led up to this whole mess. I'm not going to re-explain the whole matter considering its posted elsewhere, go read it.
As far as "oops, our bad", CDI hasn't approached any one of us to apologize or offer compensation. It's really too bad PA had to pay our compensation in BS's for that lame act by a rogue member of their alliance which caused to the whole thing in the first place.

We have chatlogs of both CDI's attempts to hire mercenaries and CDI's attempts to get a corp to pay them 15m isk per day to mine in tribute and CDI making them KOS for not paying up.
We have FU members testimonies about TS conversations of PA members attempting to lie to the FU about RKK involvement in so-called "daily runs into tribute killing PA shipping" and "killing PA in EC". This apparently occured while we were actually stationed down in curse.
We also have recordings of TS conversations where R-K promise RKK they can curb CDI and state they will quit the PA if they cannot. Less than one hour later, we had CDI attacking our forces again. We have yet to get a response to this.
These have been made available to the PA, if any individual member of PA wishes to access any of this information then please contact our CEO Galavet, our PR Director Lion El'Johnson or myself.

CDI is the one we had the solid proof of wrongdoings for. (Targetting Jericho and others for pirate attack etc). OK, couple of things here, and I've got a couple of statements from CDI.
[CDI]Conmen is not a director in CDI and his converstion with Red Paladins was not backed by the CEO's of CDI. He is currently taking a leave of absense from the game, and is still being dealt with internally.
CDI would never demand ISK to mine and are not a pirate organisation. I have been asked by CDI directors to make it known that if a CDI member has demanded ISK for mining then please submit evidence of this to the corporation and the culprit will be expelled from CDI and the PA. This behavior is not condoned by the PA or CDI, and it is highley unacceptable.
As for the FU/PA stuff, there's nothing really to say on that, it's all being sorted and is a MASSIVE misunderstanding that we have appologised for repeatedly and are working tirelessly to make things right.
I cannot stress enough that the PA is a strictly anti pirate organisation who do a lot of work making space lanes safer in our regions and others for the people of EVE. The many good things that our organisation does seems to get shadowed by a single incident.
We have a lot of members and make sure we deal with people appropriately. However, being a large organisation we can't solve things instantly and ask for people's patience whilst we try and find out what is going on, and gather evidence and information.
I am concerned this is turning into a witch hunt, and request that people listen to all facts before making their minds up about things.
CDI directors don't read or post on these forums, hence information travels slowely between them and here.
I'm not claiming wrong doing hasn't been done, but please wait for facts before accusing an entire corporation or alliance for the actions of one or two people out of hundreds.

My only question here is why does Fade Union continue to eat PA cAKe? I don't get it . . . there is overwhelming evidence of piracy on the PA's behalf, SIX Fade capital ships were destroyed, and yet the PA continues to take what the PA chooses to give it, and swallow willingly.
When is the Fade Union gonna grow some nads and declare yourselves free from being the lapdog of PA? Fade has come a long way since we subjected you to imperialistic rule. You are strong now, yet you still bow to the whims and wishes of the Phoenix Alliance.
It's time for the Fade Union to take sides in this affair, you can't have it both ways. Either join up with the "good guys," i.e., Jericho and RKK, or join the Dark Side with us pirates and the Phoenix Alliance, at which point you should be shooting at them anyway .
Oh ya and referencing my previous topic on alignments, I think clearly and undeniably the Phoenix Alliance have shown themselves to be neutral-evil. They don't care if they operate in or outside of the law, and their only care is what benefits them.
One last comment,
For those of you who say "oh but don't blame us for the actions of only ONE of our alliance mates!" What do you think people would say if New York State tried to distance itself and disclaim responsibility for the actions of the U.S.? Just an example. You are all responsible for your fellow alliance members' conduct, especially so where your leadership refuses to take measures designed to prevent/correct it.

ppl, I really dont understand why any of PA members even bother to read any of those forums, this thread or another, not to mention writing anything in here. Maybe this is entertaining but only once or twice... Let those funny ppl spend their lives on teh forums, there is nothing they can do in game anyways. This is just incredible how you all hate PA just beacouse you can do nothing about it But this is rather a 5 year old kid attitude.....

Whats next, are you going to start monitoring eve players phone calls to get even more records to post to cause flame fests on the forums? Despite not caring what happens with the two alliances in question, I think its a bit low to record meetings without at least getting all their permissions.
It reminds me of the time a certain person hacked into a certain corps website in order to get personal details which they then posted everywhere. That was just as low.
PS I havn't listened to the convo and have no intrest in doing so. Alliances bore me.

Editing a chatlog is so simple, hell, its only a .txt file, everybody could do that.
Not to accuse anybody here of faking truths, but why in general are chatlogs in the forums here considered as a proof?

If I understand correctly, its the way in which Cao Cao produced the chat log that speaks to its authenticity. Far as I know he didn't even know it had been saved until Tbone from Rev0l explained to him how to go and fetch it since it auto-saves. He then within minutes emailed it over.
Also if you just look at it, you can tell it isn't faked. It's pretty easy to spot a faked conversation.

What i don't understand is that people can not see that Conmen is not a director of CDI, he does not speak for CDI blah blah blah. Surely that is enough for people to realise that this was not a CDI action. If the chat log had been involving SHARK or Krullz then it would have meant something but as it did not it is totally worthless.
As DBP said i had a chat log of him saying they would attack RONA for isk. Do I really think they would NO (even if i did start the convo with DBP can i ask you a serious question what ........)
Some chat in this game need to be taken with a pinch of salt na forget that a lorry load of salt. This post is all about the enemies of the PA trying to destroy them from the inside because they can not do it anyother way. This makes Artegg Sad

Yup, but the thing is the contract was taken up by a 3rd party and hostilities were initiated by them, monies for mining also collected, that's like DBP saying to me:
"Get your buddies in MF to attack >insert corporation here< but it's nothing to do with us if anyone asks"
Regardless of whether the person in question is the leadership of the corp or not, that person is still representing the corporation, the same as a corporation is a representative of an alliance.
If they had any sense they would have done it through an alt or OOG and left CDI out of it.
I mean who in their right minds would be so unsubtle as to associate his own corporation with this kind of mess without a. wishing harm to his own corp or b. having the backing of the corp leadership?

I would agree, this is a sad situation, but IMHO the PA leadership needs to quickly jump on "suspected problems", and if wrongdoing is discovered take appropriate action in order to maintain the credibility I'm sure they deserve.

Only usually read/post when at work and can't play due to damned firewall. Play plenty when at home though, and let's face it the forums are the best way of finding out what's going on in EvE with just a little filtering.

If someone made up a chatlog about me, I would be extremely ticked off.
Anyhow, if a member is in your corp and pulled that crap, and you DONT kick him out of the corp, that tells me that CDI condones his action, therefore PA condoned his action if they dont kick CDI out, its as simple as that. You must be held accountable for a member action. If someone screwed up in Revol like that, they have to be out of Revol either voluntarily or involuntarily., its pretty simple, and we've proved that we will do it for the betterment of the corp.

Hey Art you know I got a lot of respect for you and InkZ but I KNOW from being in the NVA with CDI that they both read the forums and have posted on them. Now it may have been awhile since they did but at least at one point they did.
Here is a simple solution to the whole damn thing. Eveyone who has a problem with it should make CDI KOS. Those who don''t have a problem with it should not blow CDI up. Either way do something besides talk. |

My god.. I finally get around to intefering in other alliances business and I have but one thing to say: thats got to be the funniest sound clip ever... although, i have two other things to say now. 1.) kill the mole... the fact that i heard that clip means your security sucks, and yopu need to deal with it. 2.) Pirates arent bad guys, infact, I find them useful, information is always a good thing, and most seem to traffic it, and reliably as well.

My grandparents winter in Panama City Beach. Lots of rednecks there (you would fit in ). But thankfully they are confinded to the hurricane ready trailor parks not the multimillion dollar condo's and homes I see when there.
