PA (CDI ) hires Mercs to kill PLD now.

Dirty Looks	Posted - 2004.05.18 05:46:00 - [1] At abt 1:30 am EVE time today . A Squadron of Winston Inc (WIN) ships arrives in Obe. Rather strange sight .. seeing as is that the corp has no assciation with the area whatsoever. The squad consists of 5 BS , at least 3 cruisers , numerous frigates. Our allies gather info that the corp has been hired by no other than a$$wipe of CDI to eliminate ...........(wait for it) PLD! (For those of you who have been tuned in the last week .. you will remember CDI attempted to hire PLD to kill RKK,Jeric,Rev0l amongst others.) Anyhow. Their force was scouted . We gathered (us and allies) a force of exactly 9 ships. 4 BS rest Frigates. And we jumped in to P3N. Battle ensued. The hired guns were slaughtered . No mercy was afforded. No quarters given to pods. Losses: ENEMY: 4BS ( 1 Megathron(Gudrodour) , 1 Scorp, 1 Apoc (Courg3s)(tis fellow was also podded by me). , and 1 Tempest. They also lost frigs .. but we dont count those as kills. US : 1 Rifter and 1 kestrel. Anyhow thanks for coming out WIN. Hope CDI replaces ur ships. O and yes... First, you expect an alliance to set some rules for its member corps to abide to; and when some of those corps get out of line, you expect the alliance to remedy to the situation before it degenerates. Correct? So whether PA likes it or not, CDI actions DO involve PA at some stage or another. Second, I would let your comment pass if it wasn't for the fact that CDI is supposedly acting on its own, when in fact they are using PA resources - with or without the consent of the PA council, that's another matter. My point is, you cannot be acting as a rogue on one hand, claiming that your actions have "nothing to do with PA", only to go hide behind the alliance might when things start to go wrong. Likewise, the PA cannot eternally reject political responsibility of some of its member corps' actions, and yet shelter - or even worse, actively support - these same corps when, again, things go wrong.

I think this is an example of your morality blinkers Crice: CDI as a PA member is a signatory of NAST treaty (which guarentees free access for neutrals to a region of space.) While being a signatory to the aformentioned treaty, CDI attempt to pay mercs to kill everyone non PA and non NAST in the NAST "free zone". That is devious, dishonourable, cowardly and crass. I've no idea what has really been going on, and personally don't care, and arn't getting involved in that or anything the PA decides. If you can't make the distinction between the acts of one individual from those of an Alliance, and the acts of a single corp from those of an alliance, then there is no hope for you. If you can make that distinction, then maybe you can also comprehend that it takes time to look into any claims. Unlike many, we do not just turn on long standing allies. I'm sure the PA will look into all the evidence people are providing, they'll discuss the matters and decide an appropriate course of action. Maybe you can all be mature enough to wait for the "decision" to be made, and then complain all you want if you disagree with what has happened. and for those who really can't make the distinction THE ABOVE IS MY PERSONAL OPINION LIKE IT OR NOT IT DOES NOT REPRESENT THE PA's. What has been said about WIN being hired as Mercs to kill another corp is not true. We went to that gate to camp, period. It was not directed at anyone in particular, we were just there to gate camp for fun, that's all. I believe the hole thing began when Dirty Looks took offence to something that was said in the local channel and thought it was WIN talking smack. So the end result was us at the gate, them coming through the gate and the fight commencing. Yes we lost some BS, but I believe it was 3 not 4, and yes it was alot of fun. Thanks for the battle, it was my first one and was just glad to get out alive :). Just can't believe it went from a gate camp and fight to people claiming that someone hired us as Mercs to kill another copr lol. Restaurant style salsa in three minutes I love salsa, but I don't like spending a lot of time in the kitchen. This is a recipe for 'restaurant style' salsa, you can make it hot or mild, and the recipe is very open to personal touches. Using very much less cayenne will result in a tomato-ey tasting sauce, which may or may not be desirable. You can also try draining off the tomato juice from the can, or leave it in. Try fresh whole tomatoes if you have a little more time, the taste is subtly different! I prefer to let the salsa chill for an hour or so in the refrigerator first,not only does it taste better cold, but it gives it time to "air out" from being in the blender. - N - P.S. The people recently banned for pirating were giving a bad name to PA and their corp and for that and the fact that I admit I may have misjudged PA and all of NAST for them blowing the living hell out of a number of my ships I came to despise the lot of you. I said nothing and quietly accepted this fact till now that I merely got poded. If you want a fight convo me and I will fight you 1v1. But I hold nothing against you. And as far as I have seen the acts of those who podded me were cowardly. So far because the only representation of PA I have seen is that of closet pirates I hold little love for them but if I am wrong I'd love it proved to me.
