As you can See I play it alot. However Lets see if we can get more people using Xfire. Lets see if we can Push Eve into the Top 10. It's only 13 places it needs to go. We have the Users to do it.
Edit: Providing Link to Proof of #23

Thats the dayly ranking which is based on the hours spent by players logged on, your better off going on the monthly rating. linky Click top 10 MMO, Eve is number 6 of the top 10. -------------------------------- To borrow a phrase:

Xfire endevours to be the only tool a gamer truely needs. As such they have:
A personal profile page for each user This page keeps track of what games you have played and what hours.
It can also keep track of your favorite servers, in some cases giving a one click join button.
The page keeps your videos, screenshots, blogs, private messages and your gaming rig. It also displayed what guilds you are a part of, who your friends are and so forth.
The program itself provides standard chat, ingame to out of game and cross game chat (IE I can be in EvE and chat to my friend in AoC).
I can carry on voice conversations with a group or individual (and I believe switch between the too) and do so ingame as well as out of game.
They are currently running a beta test for a video capture system and provide free hosting of said material.
The buddy list also displays what game your friend is playing at the moment, so you can decide if you want to join that game or whatever.
For the guild side of things they have done a nice job. If your group has a guild registered with xfire you get a free forum, clan page and your buddy list automatticlly updates whenever someone new joins via the guild page (IE you no longer have to add new people to your list and vice versa).
The guild sites calander also will send automattic updates to anyone in your guild who is on when an event it about to happen that you have placed on said calander. IE if you have a mining operation planned and your friends use xfire, you simply register the event on the calander and your friends can recieve a reminder about 15 minutes before its planned to go down.
Whats more the whole thing is completely free. The company also holds routine events and chat meetings, some of the more interesting things they have done in the past is talk about the ethics of game currency to real currency conversions, have game developers come on and talk, and perhaps the most notable was they had Owe Boe (unfortunitely) come into a chat room. -------------------------------- To borrow a phrase:

They need a program called Trillian in order to communicate across diffrent instant messanging systems but yes, if they have trillian you can communicate to someone using MSN while you are using xfire. -------------------------------- To borrow a phrase:

Just FYI, it's not EvE or Eve... it's EVE online.
Also, I have Xfire, but I really don't like to be reminded of how little of a life I have, by throwing it in my face how many hours per week I play games.
I'm already at that stage where I reset my TF2's stats after every session :D

I love xfire. Been using it ever since I discovered it earlier this year. I only wish I could retroactively add previous hours. Xfire also has voice chat feature players could use instead of ventrilo or eve voice. Since I like to play a lot of different games, it is nice being reminded how much time I am spending on each to make decisions on whether they are enjoyable to play for the time/money spent.
Also on a side note, since the OP is interested in promoting EVE Online through third party sites, another place to promote is gamerdna (formerly guildcafe)(http://www.gamerdna.com/). GamerDNA is sort of a myspace/facebook for gamers, and seems to be a mecca for online mmorpg folks from many different walks.
My respective pages: http://www.gamerdna.com/member/h4ngedm4n http://www.xfire.com/profile/h4ngedm4n/
As you can see I've contributed my share of hours to EVE's ranking :)

At least EVE is top on your list. Although, if I had it set to start when Windows starts I'd clock more hours everywhere, a lot more.
Please don't hurt me. By the way, EVE was much higher than 23 a few weeks back. It's interesting to see the effect an expansion has on player numbers. -----

I doubt they care about EVE enough to pay someone to do that. Hell, they don't care enough to keep the publisher updated for EVE. -----

Currently 1180 reads. This is Xfire promoted to 1180 people at the cost of virtually nothing, even if OP is payed by them.
Xfire doesn't care about EVE but it cares about itself. This is a great way to make people get Xfire since people apparently do get the program and post their game time here.
Xfire wins.

People still use xfire? Wow. :)
I dunno, always weirded me out having a thing open which had all my personal information and tracked every game I played. It's cool my friends could see it, not so cool that they're probably selling it to market analysis firms for wads of cash.

lol, No I'm not getting paid by x-fire. I work a full time job of 40 hours a week doing support for a major cell phone provider in the US. I'm in Canada (call center Bleh)
I was Just poking and Proding the X-fire site the other day after it updated to see what had chanced from the last time I looked at it. And found the game stats and was a little sad that Eve only made it to 23.

Who can be that stupid to reveal all these personal data to everyone on the world?
Surely one would know to keep their profile as low as possible. Oh but wait! There are only nice people on the internet, and any misuse of my private data is completely impossible and will never happen and is only a thought of some paranoic psychos.
