To the point...
Celestial Demon was invited to the corp by me last week. During that week, he had managed to amasse almost 50million ISK in debt to other corp members for 'money making' ships. He was swift to lose them in PVP and didn't even have them insured. He then found a deal for a Deimos being sold for 20mill, but being a complete failure when it comes to spending money, did not have the capital to fund this deal. He informed the corp of the deal and it was purchased by one of our members. That member then used 45mill of the profit in reselling to repay all of Celestial Demon's debts to respective corp members, and donated all of the rest to the corp wallet.
Celestial Demon had left the corp at this point because he somehow felt he was entitled to 80-100% of all profits from this sale because he apparently 'did all the work' in finding it. In actual fact, he received 0% if you discount all of his unpaid debts. Money was kept in the corp wallet and will be used to fund the champagne at the shareholders meeting this week.

There was no such conversation on Teamspeak. My last conversation was with Celestial Demon in a chatbox that he initiated, and here is how the conversation went-
