Also, when I was in his corp, he was extremely racist. He kept making comments about ****** should have "finished" the job with the jews, this was extremely offensive so I quit.

About 3 days ago Dylan approached my CEO about joining TCC, prior to the wardec.

Hah! This isnt about piracy, it never has been? This wardec is about the claims celestial made in this post! I mean i could understand if any of his claims were remotely true, but infact its complete and utter BS! All we wanted was a formal apology from him.
Dylan the nubmers were in your favor even before you joined the core collective? You were in amarr this evening, where was i? lol i was in the pub! Shame really, been running locator agents on you guys for most of the time i was on, kept coming back saying you were in providence.

How very convienient for you. The numbers were never in our favour incase you hadn't noticed. Maybe you wouldn't mind paying 50million a week for the sake of a smallfire carebear corporation, but we have better directions to invest that kind of money.

I was on teamspeak 2 days ago and coldplasma, was going on about

They guy is borrowing pocket change from his corp mates and get scammed on a 25 mill loan and at the same time is ayctioning a bunch of officer mods:

I can answer that.. cause the "Rich guy" is smart and would rather see Cel Earn the money then just give it too him..
if you notice all the auctions are in the forums.. so Cel is doing the leg work and will get a percentage. Good deal for him if you ask me and he seems to have the nack for finding things under value that will earn isk when sold at value. This is part of the reason I like having him in my corp.

yeah if you could listen to the audio.. (which has oddly been taken down) Cel is basically getting told to F* off and that even though he owes no one any isk he will not be getting the cut he was promised..
Honestly I have not hear the N-word conversation nor have I seen a chat log.. so unfortunately for Cel w/o proof it's not supportable and it's nothing more then a Their word against his.. and they have been pulling out classic Troll/Harpy tactics to discredit him.
In the end I think that their War Dec cost them more then the 50mil isk that their member owed Cel.. so I guess that it's a wash..
Though it was cool to see that they put a bounty on him.. I might Pod him myself.. if it was a bit higher.. ;-)

By classic troll tactics, you mean by posting his thread history, chat logs and and an actual audio conversation with all parties involved? This will be the last time I explain the whole story as I'm tired of watching you clutch at straws.
When Celestial Demon joined the corp, he was very low on cash. We as a corp agreed to lending him some money in the beginnning to get him started. He ended up losing it at some point and ended up being back to square one. One of my corpmembers, Evenil, decided to lend Celestial Demon 30mill so that he could get a very powerful cruiser setup to use for doing missions and so that he could actually start making some cash. With the money, he bought a Maller and a T2 fitting. However, he didn't buy insurance and instead of using his ship for money-making ventures, he used it in PVP and got it blown up. Evenil then reluctantly agreed to lend CD another 15mill so that he could get back on his feet and this time, actually buy a ship he would actually use to make money in. However, CD once again did not have it insured and got it blown up in PVP, again. This made CD 45mill in debt and at this point, we refused to give him more cash and emphasised that he needs to start making money on his own and not relying on other people to front his PVP.
Now, to this deal that he found. He simply found a deal for a Vigilant which was being sold for 20mill. CD didn't have the money to buy it though, and so he asked for help and another corp member fronted it. Is that member not entitled to anything from that? 50/50 sounds fair, and Celestial Demon's half was used to repay all of his debts. That was his share. The total profit from the deal was about 95mill, and his debts amounted to 45mill. So, taking his past history with money into consideration, we chose not to give him that money directly and instead repaid his debt for him to the respective corpmember, Evenil. The other half was kept by Bai ZongTong, the person who fronted the initial 20mill in the first place and who then decided just to donate the rest of the money to the corp wallet. This was Bai's decision, noone elses. Celestial Demon was not happy about this though, he felt that he deserved the entire profit and offered to pay Bai ZongTong only 5-10 mill of it for fronting 20mill.
We disagreed. 50/50 was a fair deal in our eyes as it would be in most people's eyes. Celestial Demon benefitted from that deal by having his 45mill in debt being totally paid off for him. Bai ZongTong took his share and rightfully kept it, which Celestial Demon was not happy about. At this point, we were seriously considering booting Celestial Demon out of the corporation for this reasons and a number of others. CD called us scammers, took the initiative and left. If he hadn't, he was going to be booted. He then convoed me the next day and asked if there was any chance he could still get the other 50mill. This was the chatlog I provided on the first page, and our answer was no. He then made this thread (note it was made a day after he left our corp and right after our little conversation).
This thread was made totally out of spite by Celestial Demon to discredit us and make us out to be something we are not. We then proceded to shoot Celestial Demon everytime he passed by us in Genesis. This is not harassment, this is retribution. Since Celestial Demon has not made a formal apology to us, he shall remain kill on sight to us. If by now you do not understand the situation, then you need to reread this post and try again.
