I wasn't going to say anything about this Until I was Scammed by there ceo coldplasma Member of The Revolutionary Guard [RVGRD]
I was on teamspeak 2 days ago and coldplasma, was going on about
how he got a ticket from a African American police officer and he used the "N" word bout 3 times, how they shouldn't be allowed to have jobs of authority, and should all be rounded up and killed in camps like the dirty jews were.. I am Jewish and at this time I left Teamspeak and removed myself from the corp.
I don't really mind being scammed, well im angry a bit that I fell for it, I got scammed after I left the corp and knowing how this guy is, I should of known better.
But im warning people to stay away from this guy.
I wish I could report this guy but unfortunately Teamspeak is just like RL with freedom of speach no matter how horrid it is sometimes.

Unfortunately there will always be people like this in the world but the civilised members of our race won't or can't bring themselves to rid the world of them as it would put the good guys in just the same light as the offender if they did.
Freedom of speech is great when you have something constructive to say but hurling abuse at someone because they have more or less skin pigment that you is just blatant f**tardedness (no you won't find that word in the dictionary, it's too 1337). It is common courtesy to have respect for anyone's religion/beliefs even if you don't hold those beliefs to be true yourself.
But then this is the internet, and it brings out the worst in most people.

To the point...
Celestial Demon was invited to the corp by me last week. During that week, he had managed to amasse almost 50million ISK in debt to other corp members for 'money making' ships. He was swift to lose them in PVP and didn't even have them insured. He then found a deal for a Deimos being sold for 20mill, but being a complete failure when it comes to spending money, did not have the capital to fund this deal. He informed the corp of the deal and it was purchased by one of our members. That member then used 45mill of the profit in reselling to repay all of Celestial Demon's debts to respective corp members, and donated all of the rest to the corp wallet.
Celestial Demon had left the corp at this point because he somehow felt he was entitled to 80-100% of all profits from this sale because he apparently 'did all the work' in finding it. In actual fact, he received 0% if you discount all of his unpaid debts. Money was kept in the corp wallet and will be used to fund the champagne at the shareholders meeting this week.

Slightly off topic here.....but....I was just wondering something.
Why is it you capitalized "Until" and "Scammed" in your first sentence, but didn't capitalize "im" later in your story? I was also curious as to why you broke up that run on sentence that was your entire second paragraph.

People say things because they maybe angry, upset etc, by going on TS with someone you need to be an adult and expect that things that are wrong maybe said there, you do the right thing and leave, which you say you did so good on ya.
You say these accusations because you have been supposedly scammed by this person and if you hadn't been scammed you wouldnt have posted here about the supposedly racism.

Why is it I always hear this racist and anti-semitic crap from the current crop of teenagers and college kids?
Those of us who went to grade school in the 1980s had it drummed into us with every single after-school special and PSA that intolerance of minorities was abhorrent. Now I think the social environment is so "safe" for school kids that they think it's funny to call each other by unprintable slurs. Some of the youngsters I've met in EVE are going to have some painful encounters with reality when they enter the real world.
Are there still after-school specials, or are kids just tuning in South Park reruns after school now?

As far as I know Irish were referred to by the "N word" also, being Irish-American I'm technically a minority, but then... all anyone else sees is another white guy.
Political correctness is a joke, and it's not antisemitism or racism that drives it most of the time that I see it... It's complete disgust with our society's dumbing down and being sick and tired of hearing what we can and can not say on a daily basis due to one person out of 100 being offended by it.
I used to work with a guy that got offended when I said I don't believe in his god. Does that mean I should stop talking about religion around him? Or should he learn to not be so anal retentive?

Racism isn't just a youthful thing, it has an insanely long history and the majority of the crazy racist people I know happen to be 40-60 years old and their offspring carry the same mindset. Who's fault is it then if you have been around it since the cradle?
This is an escapist game. People do things in a game, say things in the game that they wouldn't do in real life. Just because somebody gets their cheap thrills and think they are dangerous/edgy/cool by saying things you can't say in civilized conversation, has no actual merit on the way they handle themselves in the real world.

It's very representative of how we treated Celestial Demon while he was in the corporation, which is more than fair. I'll ask them to post a link to it later, though hosting might be an issue (anyone got a solution for that?).

I to was also in this convo as it was being recorded and i cant say i remeber any mention of an african american police officer, nor can i remember any discussion which involved race or racsims.
After playing back the convo and confirming that none of the above were even discussed it would seem like celestial demon is either very deluded about the converstaion or is "telling porkies" and trying to use rasims as a means of giving the corp a bad reputation.
Me and coldplasma both live in the UK, and the only thing a policeman would had out a ticket for would be a driving offence. Which kinda puts a flaw in celestial demons little "porky", as coldplasma cant drive. =P

wow.. I do have to say for your level of maturity and anti-tolling I commend you all.
As for this little Tiff between Cel and Cold's corp..
I think it's quite immature. I have asked Cel to not post on these forums again w/o having logs of conversations / recordings as other wise the harpies will descend on him and condemn his actions as tolling. Even if there is no proof in their statements either.
As for the WAR Dec that just came through from Cold's corp I hope it was isk well spent.
I will not be bullied.
Since Cel has been in WiOD he has shown the most exemplary behavior and actions. I'm proud to have him in my corp and his years of prior experience in eve are showing though. He has borrowed isk and paid off his debts to the corp a number of times and has even lead us to loot that profited our corp over 100 mil isk with no loss.
so his actions stand in my book as does his integrity.

He's the type of person that will rip off his own corp for isk, as he has done in the past.
(Also further proof in this thread)
Also, when I was in his corp, he was extremely racist. He kept making comments about ****** should have "finished" the job with the jews, this was extremely offensive so I quit.
In my opinion people like coldplasma should be banned from a MMO like eve online, hell even the internet. Never have I met some one so arrogant and racist.

I can answer that.. cause the "Rich guy" is smart and would rather see Cel Earn the money then just give it too him..
if you notice all the auctions are in the forums.. so Cel is doing the leg work and will get a percentage. Good deal for him if you ask me and he seems to have the nack for finding things under value that will earn isk when sold at value. This is part of the reason I like having him in my corp.

yeah if you could listen to the audio.. (which has oddly been taken down) Cel is basically getting told to F* off and that even though he owes no one any isk he will not be getting the cut he was promised..
Honestly I have not hear the N-word conversation nor have I seen a chat log.. so unfortunately for Cel w/o proof it's not supportable and it's nothing more then a Their word against his.. and they have been pulling out classic Troll/Harpy tactics to discredit him.
In the end I think that their War Dec cost them more then the 50mil isk that their member owed Cel.. so I guess that it's a wash..
Though it was cool to see that they put a bounty on him.. I might Pod him myself.. if it was a bit higher.. ;-)

By classic troll tactics, you mean by posting his thread history, chat logs and and an actual audio conversation with all parties involved? This will be the last time I explain the whole story as I'm tired of watching you clutch at straws.
When Celestial Demon joined the corp, he was very low on cash. We as a corp agreed to lending him some money in the beginnning to get him started. He ended up losing it at some point and ended up being back to square one. One of my corpmembers, Evenil, decided to lend Celestial Demon 30mill so that he could get a very powerful cruiser setup to use for doing missions and so that he could actually start making some cash. With the money, he bought a Maller and a T2 fitting. However, he didn't buy insurance and instead of using his ship for money-making ventures, he used it in PVP and got it blown up. Evenil then reluctantly agreed to lend CD another 15mill so that he could get back on his feet and this time, actually buy a ship he would actually use to make money in. However, CD once again did not have it insured and got it blown up in PVP, again. This made CD 45mill in debt and at this point, we refused to give him more cash and emphasised that he needs to start making money on his own and not relying on other people to front his PVP.
Now, to this deal that he found. He simply found a deal for a Vigilant which was being sold for 20mill. CD didn't have the money to buy it though, and so he asked for help and another corp member fronted it. Is that member not entitled to anything from that? 50/50 sounds fair, and Celestial Demon's half was used to repay all of his debts. That was his share. The total profit from the deal was about 95mill, and his debts amounted to 45mill. So, taking his past history with money into consideration, we chose not to give him that money directly and instead repaid his debt for him to the respective corpmember, Evenil. The other half was kept by Bai ZongTong, the person who fronted the initial 20mill in the first place and who then decided just to donate the rest of the money to the corp wallet. This was Bai's decision, noone elses. Celestial Demon was not happy about this though, he felt that he deserved the entire profit and offered to pay Bai ZongTong only 5-10 mill of it for fronting 20mill.
We disagreed. 50/50 was a fair deal in our eyes as it would be in most people's eyes. Celestial Demon benefitted from that deal by having his 45mill in debt being totally paid off for him. Bai ZongTong took his share and rightfully kept it, which Celestial Demon was not happy about. At this point, we were seriously considering booting Celestial Demon out of the corporation for this reasons and a number of others. CD called us scammers, took the initiative and left. If he hadn't, he was going to be booted. He then convoed me the next day and asked if there was any chance he could still get the other 50mill. This was the chatlog I provided on the first page, and our answer was no. He then made this thread (note it was made a day after he left our corp and right after our little conversation).
This thread was made totally out of spite by Celestial Demon to discredit us and make us out to be something we are not. We then proceded to shoot Celestial Demon everytime he passed by us in Genesis. This is not harassment, this is retribution. Since Celestial Demon has not made a formal apology to us, he shall remain kill on sight to us. If by now you do not understand the situation, then you need to reread this post and try again.

Okay well Dylan Chan, you seem to have your eyes fixated on one side of the argument. That is understandable if Celestial Demon has been a good boy, maybe he's learned his lesson, maybe he hasn't and he'll mess up again, but that's for you to observe. Our wardec against you was directly related to your threat of force by CVA and PXF, nothing else. We feel a shred of pity for CD as he's found himself incapable of coming clean and apologising for this monstrousity of a thread which attempts to lay false labels which are seriously damaging to our corp. That was our motivation from the beginning, and any person with a reasonable degree of sense can understand that from the day CD joined the corp, we've done only what any reasonable corp would do in that situation. If CD has been a good boy for you, good for him and good for your corp. If he does ever show you what he's shown us though, don't say you haven't seen the same before.

50% is quite generous towards CD, in the real world the investor gets most of the profit and the one putting in the work is the one getting a small percentage that is simply a privilege of having more money than others.
as for not paying the loans back well 3days is a very short time and a bit unreasonable but CD didn't use the money for the purpose he borrowed them for so nothing unreasonable in taking the money out of his income. If you borrow money for a house and then go to Vegas and spend them all real world banks will be very unhappy with you and take the money from your account on payday.

Why is it you capitalized "Until" and "Scammed" in your first sentence, but didn't capitalize "im" later in your story? I was also curious as to why you broke up that run on sentence that was your entire second paragraph.
