8lack Wing has decided to try and do some EvE wide ship lottery's. For this lotto we will be selling tickets for 5,000,000 a ticket for your chance to win your choice of any T1 Battleship.
*There will be an unlimited amount of tickets BUT we must get at least 30 tickets sold in order to do the lotto.
*If there isn't enough tickets sold those of you who bought tickets will get a full refund.

-Rules & Regulations-
*Only 4 tickets per person
*Send Isk only to above char. (Vault Trader)
*When you send isk please also mail Vault Trader with the number of tickets and amount of isk
*If the number of tickets and amount of isk do not match you will be notified to change it.
*If you complain that the above is false even though logs prove that its not you will be disqualified and will not get a refund.
We will notify you and let you know that your payment has been received as well as give you your ticket number(s).
We will be using a random number generator to determine the winner of the lotto. which will be announced Sunday sometime around 20:00 Eve Time.

I presume in the interests of Fairness, 8lack Wing and allies are excluded from entering?
I would love to say your doing this out of the kindness of your heart, but you stand to make alot of money out of it. Youll be recieving 150mil Isk before you even start (which is more than a t1 Battleship.) with any extra tickets sold as pure profit.
Count me out.

In all fairness he didn't say the lottery would be profitless. It is a genuine and legitimate way to make money as long as the prize is paid out at the end (which we won't know until the end).
5mil is honestly nothing to most players but the chance of winning a prize worth much more than the ticket which was bought is worth the risk. It's a game have fun.

Yes, 8lack Wing and alliance members are excluded from the public lotto. An inner alliance lotto with same rules has been set up for my corp mates and alliance.
Also we are in this to make isk. There wouldn't be a point in holding it if there wasn't some margin of profit to be had, but as Satrani said "5mil is honestly nothing to most players but the chance of winning a prize worth much more than the ticket which was bought is worth the risk. It's a game have fun."
Something that wasn't stated above that I meant to mention was free delivery to any highsec system so that is included within the 150mill that is needed to get the lotto going.(I will edit in)

Well if anyone had bought tickets I was planning on putting up updates as to how many to give people there odds of winning are. We plan to try again with the lotto I should have a new post up tomorrow.
