There have been rumors that FOOM led by Friedrick Psitalon, and their skillz may have a growing Package for everyone to reveal. In the past, FOOM erected one of the largest alliances (BRUCE) in a matter of months. But BRUCE suffered from a bad case of ôshrinkageö after Friedrick pulled out prematurely.
Fried has been trying desperately to find a new way to show his package to the world and so FOOM has led penetrations into Jita, violating her in every way. Now we finally see FOOMÆs package, They have a tiny Titan and it is scaring the Caldari Navy and half the universe. They have named this tiny Titan Ego, there is no telling where they will try to shove it next. There is speculation that FOOMs next little operation is code named ôdeepö though no one is sure how deep their Ego will go this time.

Second, if you wanna whine about the FW navy being bugged do it on the development forum.
Also I don't know about a mini-titan but I can confirm that edbert from FOOM flies a mini-dread.
