They're reporting it as a 'name and shame, isn't that just despicable' story and yet they also show it as many times as possible to make sure that those who enjoy watching it....watch it there rather than on some competitors site. While it looks like the baby could have fun, if he had a soft pile of pillows or blankets for it to land on. That wouldn't land him with those charges or get him in to as much trouble. To truly make him understand somthing like this would be ideal, see how he likes being thrown against a hard surface.
