3min module lag, was already on grid so no loadtime lag from hotdrop #1 or #2....but definitely huge spike from surprise sex hotdrop #3.
gf all, thanks to PL and RA good times.
end result seems to be OSS+friends lost 10 caps, Huzzah+friends lost 20 caps. Lots of support died on both sides but OSS support completely wiped out, huzzah held the field.

Yeah it was fun,in fact props to all that participate,from our side i can give this battle report.
We knew pos was coming out of reinforced and around 19 eve time we formed a gang,our gang was arround 50 with the capitals,we moved straight to 6171 and camped xs gate with the support dreads cariers went to the pos,huzaah and friends jumped capitals in and suport. our support was ordered to warp to the pos,and there the hell started 5 min lag and more, i dropped buble as ordered,burned off at luck warped second time died the moment i droped the buble.20 min lag and more before i could get back to su for new ship.The coms were saying masive lag no targets ect ect,the usual ****,then again new dictor as fc-s are calling for dictors.warping to pos died before i even load grid and poded,we regroup capitals died cynoed out only huzaah suport on the pos and one of our dreads tackled and 2 more friendlies on a planet we form a new gang and go score few kills save the 2 cariers huzaah bring more support we warp to pos lag is a lot less kill few suport lose some,our dread down we regroup huzaah held the field,a sabre and vaga came to our home we kill them.After this is only speaking about battle on coms and chats.Good fun at all only the lag was massive.

It was a real epic fight for Syndicate. I sat in the POS all guns on the primaries and they got down real fast. More and more targets jumped in and the pos was still alive. Finally we got outnumbered, but they didnt take the tower, its still alive and all supports dies for the last dread standing in this fight, which finally selfdestructed.
We got more caps scrambelt at different places in system, but we hadnt the numbers to get them out alltogether.
And Joey1?
He sat at Planet 5 in a pool with his pants off ;o)

Sniffle, 30 dead capitals in our back yard and no one even called.
Though truthfully, battles with 270 in local don't tend to be fun. They tend to be shout at your screen and wish it would respond.
Oddly, I don't hear much complaints about the lag. So sounds like you had decent performance after all. Fun.

To be fair given the numbers involved and the amount of carriers (0 supercaps afaik, which was awesome), the lag was minimal. I e-warped on jumping in but that's to be expected really, once I'd warped back grid load was fast and I had maybe 5-20s module lag until RA turned up. The system started lagging a bit and they appeared in groups of like 5 - 10, module lag went up to at max about 45s - 1m for a couple of minutes and then settled down again.
All in all it was pretty damn enjoyable given the numbers

Seemed to be better for some than others - for my part my ship was destroyed before my grid loaded. My biggest regret not loosing my ship, but not being able to see the cap fight at the pos.

I must admit that a dozen POS guns do a lot of damage and are totally awesome.
The top-killer of the alliance kb this day is "Minmatar Control Tower"
Anyhow for us sitting in the POS, calling the targets for the fleet it was relatively lagfree, except when RA jumped in which made system numbers went over 200 with half of them capitals right in front of the POS.
A real great and epic fight. Thank you all involved for the great evening everybody was given! |

I can confirm this on my MAINZ.
After shooting him for 15 mins in my stabber I was very disappointed by the lameness that is the big red button. Boo! 
Also a lot of fun around the planets, where caps were randomly scrambled, shot at, and mostly, unfortunately, saved. Good fun though.
