Souls of Vengeance, old phalanx are the primary guys living there afaik. Probably quite a few RAWR considering they are the primary moon holder in the region.

And look who's in a new alliance :) INSRG and PA (that's you!) were all talk about how we couldn't dislodge them from Venal. Both alliances are dead dead dead. Both because you were so easily rolled by us.
The venal mission runner alliance (that's you again!) will no doubt reform countless times as you already have done over the past 4 years with different inadequate leaders at the helm. Nobody minds because atleast you're a small roadblock against someone serious moving in. Don't worry we'll come and camp you in once a month or so just to show you who's boss ;)

SoV is PA. Only under a different name/leadership. So I would argue quite the contrary on that one. Show me a battle that we have loss given equal numbers on both sides. Also i'm quite confident that pilot for pilot we are better then anyone in the northern nap. However it's rather difficult to fight 1 thousand VS 20OMGWTFBBQ thousand.
Youre new to the North. I know that changing leadership is what you guys do when you loose wars. You restart a similar alliance with the next inadequate leader. It started with HAOS.
