Hey all, I thought I would introduce a new line of lotteries. Sat hasn't endorsed this, and the prizes will be more geared towards a particular brand of new players, specifically those who are leaving the "frigate phase" of their missioning/pve experience. This is a thought experiment, to see if there is any interest, if there is, I'll go ahead. Send isk to The Rat Race, not to me, make sure you specify which lottery Tickets cost 200k ISK each. There will be 49 tickets. The rules are very simple: 1. As many tickets per person as you would like 2. I'll be using the UK bonus ball lottery 3. The winner will get: A Caracal with some Caldari Navy Heavy Missiles(choice of which missiles, quantity will be determined by how much ISK is left after buying the Caracal. OR A Vexor with Hammerhead I OR Hammerhead II drones(depending on skills) and whatever ISK remains OR A Rupture with Republic Fleet ammo(choice of which ammo by winner, quantity will be determined by how much ISK is left after buying the Rupture) OR A Maller with either faction Armor mods(depending on price) or Amarr Navy crystals(see above.)

Just a question:
Why do the Minnies & Amarr get tier 3 ships, while Caldari and Gallente receive tier 2? -- -- -- -- -- -- -- The secret to success, whether it's women or money, is knowing when to quit. I oughta know: I'm divorced and broke. |

Sure. Because I picked the best mission ships in my opinion. You don't hear much good about the Moa, and the Vexor is a far better mission running ship than the thorax. The Omen is not what you would call "hot stuff" and the Stabber isn't really suited to PVE. These are all PVE ships.

Awww sec I thought we were a team .
One thing without your alt being in The Rat Race I'll have to confirm each entry which is ok but will be a bit of a ball ache.
If the isk is to be sent to The Rat Race please state "Newbie lottery" when sending the fee. Then I can put that isk into another wallet division. _ Sec & Sat's Lottery |

Roger. This isn't really a bump, but no takers? Is the ticket price too high?

Not a success then...I'll give this 2 more days, and if 5 tickets aren't purchased by then...then I'll drop it.

200k isn't realy to much, you can make that with one level 1 mission (agent quality 15+). So that's not the prob I think.
That being said, it takes only a few days to get a Vexor for example (about 4 mil) yourself. That in combination with probably not alot of new players that are active on the forums, or have enough trust/understanding in things like this.
However I counted quite alot of entry's on your free lottery mmm ;).
If this goes on I will pick a nr. for the fun of it, however I'm afraid it's not going to happen :(
