Wrong. Unlike every other MMo you don't have to play to make your character stronger. I can go out with some friends and come home to a slightly stronger character. You can play for as little as 30 minutes a day and still advance at a normal rate. In no other MMO can you do this. If you want you WoW char to level up you have to grind your ass off doing quests and killing things.

Im never playing a grind game like WoW again. Once was enough, and I learned quickly from the mistake.
If I was unemployed, I might play it though. Its good for wasting time.

No, but acting like you're superior to someone because you play a different game is.

Ive played both WoW and Eve and when people talk about risk and mention WoW, I think its highly amusing. How can there be risk if you cant lose anything except time?
MMORPG talks about risk as in failing a instance... I mean, come on...

Edited by: Antodias on 10/07/2008 17:01:53 The risk is losing your sanity or dying horribly since WoW is probably the most frustrating game I've ever played and I felt like I was about to have an aneurysm every 10 minutes.
And that was just the trial.

Most people won't understand what your saying or blindly ignore it. The effect that we're seeing in this thread is generally known as little man syndrome.
