Greetings from the Phoenix Alliance.
In recent days there has been much controversy revolving around PA member, Cyberdyne Industries. The alegations, evidence and political ramifications have been discussed at length here so I will not bore you any further by addressing those details or confirming/denying their validity. What I can confirm is that on Tuesday morning, after citing numerous past warnings, I began procedings to have CDI removed from the Phoenix Alliance.
Needless to say, this act set off a firestorm of debate within the PA council. Debate that has awoken the sleeping father to what his mischievious children are doing, and debate that will be shaping alliance policy for months to come. It is my hope that once activated, these new policies will help us to avoid these unfortunate situations in the future.
Taking matters into his own hands, Cyberdynes CEO "Krullz" released a statement earlier today. What resulted was a heartfelt and genuine appology with overtures towards paying restitution and making a mends on all levels. For this I commend him. It takes a lot of guts to come onto this brutal, dog-eat-dog forum and admit a mistake. However, the movement for expulsion was still there.
A compromise was now in order, so I offered sanctions against CDI to replace a movement for expulsion. Krullz has accepted the terms of the sanctions listed below.
1. CDI ceases any travel in Tribute and Vale of the Silent for 2 weeks begining May 22.
2. CDI will not hold any PQ stations until after Shiva releases.
3. CDI limit all of their PvP actions to defensive opertions within the regions of Venal, Branch and Tenal.
4. CDI CEO Krullz must visit the PA leadership forum at least once a day.
With these sanctions imposed by the PA, CDI is now limited in its options for travel and military capabilities. This means that the PA is now directly responsible for the well being and safety of Cyberdyne. Any aggression against CDI must now be passed onto the PA as we are the ones tying their hands militarily. With that said, I must now ask a favor from those who are currently pursuing aggression with CDI;
Please stop.
The Phoenix Alliance now considers this matter dealt with and our "house sorted". I would like to thank everyone involved for thier patience in this matter. I hope that this will spark a new era of cooperation and trust between the Phoenix Alliance, NAST, and our valued neighbors in the north.

I takes some stones to admit when you've made a mistake, and to accept the censure of your friends.

thanks for the clarification.
Please bear in mind it may take a short time for this information to trickle down to all "friendly" corps hostile to cdi so if there is any aggression in the near future please try to resolve diplomatically first.

 im glad to see everyone is loving each other :)
im glad to see that cdi can be forgiven even though they sort of caused much contrversy among PA and having lots of people look down on your alliance but its ok. you love each other just as i love you 
They may have hired a CA corp to attack others but that is ok :)
im sure other PA corps will look how forgiving you are in the future

How about an official Fade reaction to this half-measure on the PA's behalf? I like how they have alliance members who actively subvert faction policy and practice open piracy, move to expel them, and then when they cry give them a slap on the wrist instead.

Personally i have found most members of CDI particually the High Command, very pleasant to deal with, due to their rapid and diplomatic approach to get things done have really helped me and my corp. Even when certain members of OI destroyed my uninsured scorpian in EC-P8R, they quickly replaced it. I would just like to thank CDI particually Krullz, for helping those in need when the PA well, dosn't
