Leonardo DiJita The Jita Institution of Fine Arts	Posted - 2008.07.10 10:26:00 - [1] Through history great individuals of riches, political importance and great ego have had theyr portrait made, displaying theyr glory, might or fantasies. Now I offer the same to all citizens of EVE. Starting price is 350million isk for a standard portrait, since it takes about 5 days to complete. More elaborate paintings are possible such as full body view, custom costumes, poses etc but then the price will be higher. Its all negotiable. Ships & modules, implants and other nice stuff is currency too The portraits are made with tools sanctioned by CCP and are not a violation of the UELA. ISK remains in game to fund my shipcost, since im bored of npcing and never mine. I decided to explore the creative side of eve. Here i give you an example. Or, JB as Madonna De Milo, better yet.... how about JB as a Man In a Red Cap, by Titian? Send me a quote on Titian painting... maybe, maybe I will go for it, but it better be good. I am just a cheap bastard, like most of the so-called "Patrons of The Arts" before me.... they never paid well to Raphael or Titian, but sure as hell those guys remained immortal... By the way - it is an awesome idea.
Leonardo DiJita The Jita Institution of Fine Arts	Posted - 2008.07.11 10:19:00 - [5] yeah i could do that. ofc they would be digital renderings instead of oil on canvas but we could get a similar feel to it. id say with detailed hair, fine details etc. price for such a rendering would be around 500 ish mill isk multiple characters in a painting are an option ofc but the work requered is substancial. so by making a "last supper" piece would requier 350-450m per character so it would be an expensive piece but i have to say its a very fun idea, but expensive I thought about making one of the BoB Ceo¦s and theyr allies and put Selene as judas :P they should be able to afford such a piece. :) but that idea can ofc be flipped on other corps / alliances Si Hoc Legere Scis Nimium Eruditionis Habes My Portrait service

Really close? I understand it will be digital, of course! Will that mean I get the original .PSD as with all layers and transparencies, in addition to my High Quality BMP/JPG - as well as assurances that you will not paint anyone else EVER as that painting? Further, you see how the Man In The Red Cap has his face inclined, which is something JB is not doing, you will be able to extrapolate the facial lines, so as to incorporate JB seamlessly into the paining? And finally, 500 Mill is allot of ISK, I might consider it, but I am reluctant to make any "deposits" until I see the finished product in high quality. I know it might be a difficult commission, but if you do a little research on me, you will find I never have broken my word, or went back on a the deal - I never had a reason to do so. I am just worried about the final quality and seamlessness of the work. If you want, I would ask Chribba to take a deposit of 200 Mill, in your name, and should final work prove to my high standards he will give you the 200 Mill, and I will deposit rest 300 with you. Again, it has to be good, really good to do justice to Titian and to the high quality spoof of JB as Titian's subject. Let me know. P.S. I am sure Chribba would not mind holding on to 200 Mill. Especially in this case, I find it to be very interesting endeavor, considering the artwork involved, one of my favorites.

I can re-position and repose your character so it matches the titian painting exactly, and furthermore i can modify his facial expression to match titians mood. And ofc you will get a psd, high q jpeg and noone else will be painted after that painting. The work will take about 2 weeks since im not doing this fulltime (damn RL work and all that) but i will contact you ingame and give you my msn so i can send sketches and so on so you can track the process of the work. I can wait, I am really excited about the "mood" part especially... Of course, remember, as with almost any Renaissance painting, the subject was probably extremely old when the painting was commissioned, and the actual presentation of the subject is what Titian thought the subject looked like in his younger years. So, you can smooth out some angularities and lines, so long as he still looks like Jinx. Ok, I am going to bed now, and best of luck to both of us.
