Ahem...Dear CCP, I would officially like to register a complaint that I cannot hit a Nanofiber Frigate Class vessel with my Dual 1000mm Railgun. If you don't offline them to clean them up regularly, they have a tendency to go nuts, slowing down and sometimes even randomly deleting chunks of data! Warcraft and AoC only have to do it once a week because they're relatively tiny databases, but even so - how often do their servers crash and rollback? Almost daily, from my experience!

In WoW or AoC you have like max 30 items. In eve we have a market with millions of transfers every day, in wow you have the tiny Auction house which has maybe couple thousand transfers a day. Are you really that stupid? Last weeks Funcom AoC patch resulted in a 12+ hour downtime (originally supposed to be only 5 hours). Todays Funcom AoC patch has already been extended and who knows when they'll get thier crappy software working. You have no idea on how good we have it here in EO, and when you compare them to Funcom as having a better downtime schedule, well you just showed that if we converted your brains to gasoline we still would not have enough to power an ant's motorcycle around the inside of a bottlecap. The daily downtimes allow them to reset the servers and database to keep them running stable. There isn't a MMORPG on the market that runs non stop 24/7, get used to it.

Eve for life (atleast until a better mmo comes out) Why I like eve: Eve has the best market and industry of all mmo's, you can actually make a profit by selling items as there will always be demand due to ships getting destroyed and not just respawning after 10 seconds. Eve has the best pvp with no respawns for ships and modules. I don't like to kill the same guys 100 times in row after they just respawn and come back with no real loss at all. And many other things like 0.0 space and actually being able to be part of something.. ---- This is a signature.
