Ignore the previous setup for three reasons:

1) Lacks MWD and therefore is a comedy killmail waiting to happen.

2) Fits BCUs instead of tank. A HIC even with full "gank" setup will not do very much dps, and it will die horribly when it is inevitably called primary. Fit a proper tank instead.

3) Active tanking is worthless in PvP. Fit a proper passive buffer tank instead.
