Hi!
So I got my storyline mission and it's to get 8.000 kernite. Anyone got this before? Where did you find 8.000 kertnite in high sec empire? :O Is it possible to even mine this around here?

Depending on what Region you are in Kernite can be mined in high-sec. The 8000 Kernite storyline mission is quite common actually reserved for Lvl 4 Storylines. You can also buy it on the market and haul it to the station. You might even luck out and find someone selling the ore at the station too.

This ones been around for years, I just buy on the market usually at inflated prices. Bought 80k units a week ago in Sinq Laison

hmmmm, maby I'm confusing it with crokite or some other 0.0 asteroid. I'll take a look around on the market then hehe
edit: yupp, there was lots of it nearby, but at such a price the mission profit will be +/- 0 :O

you dont do storyline missions for profit anyway, but for the (sometimes) huge boost to faction standing.

Even with the cost of Kernite (around 2-4 million/mission), the +4 implant you get is worth 12-20 million (depending on your market), so you still profit. The standings gain is minimal with this mission.

Kernite can be mined in 0.5-0.6 Amarr space.

Can also be mined in any sec (I think) from mission Enemies Abound 1/5 http://eve-survival.org/wikka.php?wakka=EnemiesAbound4p1
