I just want to throw this out there;
I fit 2 lrg shield ext. II's on my vaga and went roaming in lowsec.
A rapier warped in on me and locked/webbed pretty damn fast.
"Welp! I'm gonna go pop." Me thinks. So I figured, 'ahhh.. what the hell' and charged him. I guess he forgot he was on approach or something because the gap closed rapidly and he was damn close to my optimal before I think he realized I was charging.
I released the drones and opened up the guns.
The Rapier was just starting to chew into my armor, while he was at about 10-15% left of his armor, when his support of a BS and an Inty warped in and finished me off.
Poor skilled player? Most likely, but showed me not to just give up and call it a lost cause when the odds/experiance tell you your ship is fixin' to be dead.
Just give out the War Cry and unleash all your furry, you might get lucky. Rapiers/Huggins are deadly in the right hands, however there are many who are still carrying them in the left hand and not invincible against a Vaga in the right hands.

Coffee released through the nose is not tasty... thanks. All I could think of when I read this was that guy from Road Trip holding a mouse and plucking guitar strings.
