I was just roleplaying away with my little noob chums and 150 bob caps dropped into the system
They Didn't even reinforce the POS properly, I had to come back and do it myself
It's so unfair !

That was fun, we were there putting all the guns out of action and trying to put the pos into reinforcment, suddenly local spikes and bob cynos in a massive cap fleet, we decide to a ss.
Apparently bob were told that our militia fleet was a pandemic legion fleet by the caldari guys getting sieged, anyway bob spent a while sieging the pos but we had to come back after they left to put out the rest of the guns and actually put the medium pos into reinforcment

POS DOWN! Squid Fleets repelled from POS while we took it down and we held the field to loot and eat fried squid :). Great Job to all that came out! Thanks to the squids for bringing the fight!

I want to thank BoB for creating the diversion that gave all a great laugh when they decided to take a few potshots at the Secretariate invention POS that moments earlier, Secretariate had said the words "BoB to the rescue!" in local.
Epic fun. And we got it killed off with good precision tonight.
Also, when the Caldari thought they'd defend it tonight, it didn't go well for them. check out Villasen in the map. Big huge yellow orange dot.

FYI,
I cant see how the jumping of that many caps (well over 100) and a 100 man support fleet onto a 20man bs fleet can be considered anything but the unequivocal definition of "blobing"
Lag spikes lasted for well over an hour to the point where the cap fleet had to jump out of system.
Approx 50% of the shields on the barely hardened medium Cald pos was removed during the hour long lagfest.
I do have a real question for one of the Bobbits though- Have you guys stress tested this "MAX AGE" theory on sisi or on tranq prior to this as it appears as though the game simply isnt up to these sort of deployments. Even normal large scale engagements stress the server. I honestly think that this sort of overkill, while impressive, is a waste of resources. I mean, you didnt even put the pos into reinforced, we had to come along afterwards and mop it up.
As for the above bob pilot saying "it was fun", it was one of the most boring ops ive been part of, impressive, but boring too really.
Ah well whatever floats your boat I guess. Shout out to Curso btw- made for good screenies.
