Like I said before, "Please keep the "bright-eyed, sunshine-vomiting optimism" up, it is inspiring". But in this case I can burst your bubble straight away, since all software has bugs if you look hard enough. So Premium will not run perfectly, at least not for everyone on everything everywhere, when released, but we will do our best to make this release a smooth as possible for as many as possible and then of course tackle anything that comes up after that.
It will however be beautiful! |

So can you tell us what CCP/Transgaming is doing about the minimap corruption problem that has been present since the release of he Mac client and which is listed on the known issues list (so no, I am not going to bug report it yet again)? 'Cos it is the total failure to address such issues that makes some of us sceptical about the part I've highlighted in bold. |

The F11 minimap corruption is driver bug which is out of our hands to fix. This is something that we are and have been talking to Nvidia and Apple about and they are on the case. Feel free to submit bug reports and help us continue to encourage them to resolve this issue.
By the way, so is the Skybox problem, the problem with the smoke effect and in some cases textures not showing up correctly. |

I have done ... repeatedly. Their response is "Thanks for contacting us ... it is a known problem and will be addressed soon". |
