My alliance Drakeal Federation is looking for 0.0, we are after gaining Sovereignty.
What we want:
-Want Constellation Control, no more no less
-At as a NAP or Friendly, we will remain to protect our own space.
-We Request a Outpost under our control that has the capital. within the Constellation Control. If not we will make one or get one provided by friends, if you don't use them or it we can.
-We will Grant Support to anyone that is allied to us, we will not act like pets nor interested to expand past our Constellation
-We don't expect support, but we would like it.
-Nothing to great just, low to Med moons or Standard Belts.
-Drone Region or not, doesn't matter to us
-we Prefer not to be in the middle of a war zone, or boarder
What we will Provide:
-We will build or provide ships(this means supercaps once we can make them) to the one that agreed to allow us the space, this means Free, not cheap but Free
-We will Help your pets/renters anyway we can, within our space.
Notes:
-our member count isn't to be counted, we have more people open to help us once we are out there, we should be able to startup and maintain ourselves pretty easy
-We have allies (other Alliances) that will need to use this space as well, once a argeement is made we will get all standings settled. allies fighting allies isn't efficient
-The alliance leader will request constant contact with the sovereigns of the region, so everything goes smoothly and nothing is done to effect our relations with you.
-We are not Pets and never will be, we will be helpful but act similar to concord, we can care less what happens outside our space but we will act in defense.
-If your worried about our actions you can add a member into the executor corporation, as long we are allies and we have our space that member will remain in the executor corporation as a normal member.
-also if we can grow without problems we can be a great asset to your coalition or alliance.
-We also on the Idea that more allies the better, thought we will have pvp fleet ready before we get out there, we don't want to make any unnecessary actions that can end in unfair podding of neutrals that we have no idea. this also means we need to be updated on friends and enemies so our relations can be updated and maybe keep hostilities form happening or need to happen.
I am only talking to heads or diplomats of any alliance that has pure claiming the area and is offering based in that area, NO ALTS or Other members, if I get contacted by an alt about this, it will be blocked. this is a serious Proposal and I would like Serious people interest.

1. to own the outpost that is the captal of a constellation, you need to also control the other 2 outposts within said constellation, so in fact, what you are asking for is 3 outposts.
2. there are not that many constellation that have 3 outposts in them. I think the number is around 30. you can find a list here curtesy of eve-maps.com a wonderful resource.
3. your alliance currently has 36 members. Yes i know you said you have other allies, however, sorting standings for yourselves will be difficult as most alliance which are able to meet your demands have a long list or friends already, and adding your friends will be difficult.
4.You say you will supply FREE super CAPS, however, through your statement

you imply that you currently cannot make them. For what resons you do not supply. If its the skils require to build and fly them, then this isn't a huge problem as it may only take you a month or so to aquire them(i'm being gerous and assuming you already have some skilled industrialists, if its BPOs, then this could take an exstreamly long time, as you first need to aquire the ISK to buy the BPOs then research them, then go about the task of getting the minerals, which in the drone regions is not so hard with a medium to large member base selling and refining at your stations. However prove more difficult if you need to mine them.
I am basically trying to give you resons why you have only recieve LOLs upto now, and TBH i don't think you will recieve anything else unless you can provide some sort of proof you can deliever what you say you can, which IMO still isn't worth 3 outposts.

I highly doubt you will be given some space, let alone outposts... The best you could organize would be renting from an alliance, and even then, claiming sov would be not likely be allowed. I suggest you scout some NPC space with stations, and find a home there. You will not have to worry about building an outpost, claiming sov, and being kicked out of your space (for the most part). There will be residents there and likely if you talk with them and inform them of your intentions, you can make some allies. At your current state, I do not think you have the manpower to take space, claim sov, and defend it.

reading into what he has requested, it looks like he is planing to want to build moms and titans, hence the reason he has asked for a const. sov outpost.

Unless he can justify to an alliance with API proof that his industrialists are capable, then I dont think they are going to just give him 3 stations... There is a huge element of trust in this, and you might be able to wager a deal with alliances looking to expand to their cap fleets. However, you might very well end up building your own outposts...

Most alliances wouldn't accept a corp of his alliance size. Nice to have those kind of aims and all, but seriously...

((Sorry but when will people learn to use this forum section properly? this is a roleplay forum, basically using words like OP, ALTS, PVP, ROFL, GL and smiley faces :) etc turn your threads into out of character posts, i'm sure if someone went to the CAOD section and started roleplaying you would all jump straight on them and tell them to go roleplay somewhere else)) |

((It's a matter of enforcement, imo. I check this forum section once a week - if that... mostly non-RP crap in here, Intergalactic Summit is perhaps the last RP haven on the forum. Would be nice for that to change, but it'd also be nice to see FW get its own forum.. mebbe they should make this the FW forum since all the RPers seem to stick to IS.)) |
