It will double as a "prostitute"house.
Cybering will cost money based on an hourly isk rate, paid upfront.

Nono not like naked pics of eve people, just regular old playboy p o r n hosted so it would be compatible in EVE, for those lonely mining ops or whatever.
Although I'm sure if you were a talented artist you could make some.

He means that it was compatible with the in-game browser, I remember it from way back when I first played EVE. I just heard about it though, never actually saw it :P And I did always wonder how he could charge isk for it?

For the record, that would be a violation of the ToS, so I would recommend against it.

About that...
Seeing how this is one of those situation when both involved parties would have agreed to deal(it's even specified the payment would be upfront) and are to expect an isolated enviroment where all parties are expected to parttake in language that are sexually explicit and vulgar - I would have expected it to be excempt from the ToS.
This also leads to a much more pressing issue. For example reading point 19, it would be impossible to update my account settings - such as credit card details without first cancelling my subscription? And yet you've even created an interface explicitly there to violate your own ToS?

I believe he means ISK when he talks about "money", not real-world cash. As such, it should be ok as long as the "cybering" is not sexually explicit (but then again, who the heck would bother, heh).
But then again, you have rule #9... "You may not advertise, employ, market, or promote any form of solicitation – including pyramid schemes and chain letters – in the EVE Online game world or on the website."
So... was the EIB scam a TOS offense ?
Seriously guys, you need to update those TOS a bit...

we need a t2 drake, with twice the tanking power and half the firepower. In fact, a whole role! I got it! Heres my idea..... Each faction gets a new battlecruiser They are Survivor class. They are extremely effective tanks, can be used for baiting, tanking 0.0 complexes, etc. But they have a price. Here are the pros (per level of Survivors skill): +50% bonus to shield (or armor) amount 50% reduction in shield recharge time (for caldari passive t2 drake) 50% reduction in repair module capacitor need (for armor reppers) 50% bonus to shield boost amount (for active shield tanks)
But as with all this gain comes some hard hitting cons. -75% to turret tracking -75% to missile launcher rate of fire +75% to reload time of modules +75% to turret rate of fire.
Basically this ship is a solid tank, but a poor poor hitter.

I think the issue is rather three things:
1) You can't guarantee that the people signing up for a sex session between two males are of the age of consent. Mommy and daddy have credit cards too, you know, and they can sign up to EVE for the kid. While you can argue stuff like the parents could sit with the kid when playing and such, I think CCP would rather be on the safe side.
2) EVE isn't a ****site.
3) It would put "Mom's Basement" out of business

Hey,
The CSM Chairman ran a RP Brothel before, even used to have a couple of lesbians kissing in his old sig.
So the only way to beat the TOS is to do what people do in real life - get some power!

1. It wouldn't be a sex session as it's still about chat in a virtual internet spaceship game. I have no idea how your local laws are formulated but I honestly doubt they would prohibit this. I don't object to the rule being there, I can see a multitude of reasons for it. I object to the interpretation of it. See the following paragraph.
2. EVE is an MMO and a community around it. Part of this community is a a serie of chronicles, stories and novels written by third parties, several of these contain erotic content of various levels - and are openly supported and distributed by CCP. I can't see how this would make EVE any more of a ****site than they do?
3. Uhm... hope there's a hidden point I just fail to interpret here.

A quick google and I realize I actually have seen his "show" atleast once. Though, when I did it was about pedophiles picking up what they thought were kids online and then caught them when they arrived at their house irl.
Quite far from 2 virtual characters roleplaying it out in this artificial enviroment. =)
But as I said, I'm not having issues seeing the rule being there, on the contrary.
