as above im missing some shots due to slow tracking, what is the best implant hardwiring to improve this if money is no object?

hmm, the only way money would be no object and you wouldn't know how to find the answer yourself is if you were buying ISK

I merely enjoy jumping all over asking your questions because you are to lazy to spend the few seconds to look it up yourself only to turn to flaming the next guy who actually does help you aswell.
