I've been trying to log on for over 30 minutes now, and I keep getting stuck at "entering game as"
This is unacceptable!!! I pay GOOD MONEY to be able to play this game when I choose to do so! Now I can't, so I DEMAND a refund! I am unable to play the game that I pay a monthly fee to play. If I cannot do so I DESERVE compensation!!!
CCP is a terrible company that has no business running a game as intricate as this. If they cannot handle the game that they have created, maybe they should sell the game to a decent company, such as Blizzard.

I'm glad to see Laryk 'gets it'. All the rest of you have lived with this shitty service for so long that you've become accustomed to it. That doesn't make it right.

TAlking about the admins having to keep the server running...if you hit the technical border, what are you supposed to do? I mean an engineer cant make you old car go 500 miles an hour, only because you tell him its his job. Thats basically what happens in Jita, the server hits its capacity limit and since there are no better systems out there, there is NOTHING (except the already mentioned pilot limitation) what the admins can do about it
Then what are we paying a monthly fee for? The money made from 220k-300k active accounts should be more than enough to pay employees wages and other such expenses. CCP should be spending that money on ways to improve their service, (IE, logging in), rather than lining their own pockets.
