Wow.... Let me get this straight. You think I should: 1) Quit FW by signing up with a real corp. 2) Haul my stuff around and run a few missions. 3) Attempt to quit the corp to return to FW later in the day. 4) Wait 24 hours for roles to be removed 5) Reenlist with the Militia
as Opposed to 1) Click the "Retire" Button
can I ask....... why?
OK dude real quick. What everyone (well most any way) are saying is quit hopping around. Stay put and it will benefit you later.
If A CEO sees a long arse employment record on a fairly young player, or jumping around like a rabbit from Corp to corp, what makes the CEO want to accept you in the corp. He/She is there to build the corp with players that will hopefully hang around for a while. Stability.
Your record shows that you hop ship for your personal convenience.

Your steps 1-5 assume that you're starting in the militia and ending in the militia. As such, the correct way to enact this plan is Step 0: Do absolutely nothing. You can run missions and haul stuff in a militia corp.
It's obvious you dont know anything about FW, so this is my last reply to you.

Also, two of those Perkone jaunts were for one minute. Please don't try to tell me you hauled stuff or ran a mission in that period of time.
No, actually, one of those times was an accident and the other I just wanted to check if it would reset time spent in militia stat after rejoining (it does). I'm sure that speaks volumes about my ability to fly a ship

blah blah you're not employable blahblah
Look I'm never going to seek a position with any moron(s) who think I should be risking defenseless hauling ships to high-sec gate camps just to keep my employment log nice and tidy. So don't even worry about that. I just dont want my employment history cluttered with duplicate crap. Add a "Quitter" Decoration for all I care, just keep it out of employment history
Yea ok, with this attitude you will go far. Good luck with that.
