So as unforeseen consequence of quitting/rejoining FW, my employment history is cluttered to all hell.
What are the odds of CCP clearing this for me?
Before I get any flak, I quit to haul and mission. No, I'm not going to expose my hauler/pve-fit to high-sec gate camps that not even null sec players have to worry about when in empire.

I just want the FW related crap gone.
What's the point of seeing what NPC corps I've been in, anyway?

It's so awesome that we have such helpful participants of the CSM to guide us along the Eve Universe.

Who needs corp hoppers.
Who needs to see:

- Become a CCP developer.
- Give extremely valuable items to your friends.
- Get caught.
- Have your character(s) renamed by CCP.
- Have your employment history cleared by CCP.
- Continue being a CCP developer
- Keep playing the game with a fresh employment history
I do not recommend it though.

Originally by: Nexus Kinnon You stayed in the militia in stints of six days, four days and four days? Why? If you don't want your employment history cluttered, stop joining and leaving random corps.
*sigh*
Perkone is an NPC corp Einstein. When you quit the State Protectorate, you AUTOMATICALLY get pushed into an NPC Corp.
Jesus, where is CCP advertising these days? NASCAR weekly?

Considering that Napro spent his time in the Caldari militia urging people to jump into Gallente gatecamps, this might not be a bad idea.

I do, means you're a turncoat, a quitter, a pansy. Should I go on?
Because I dont face 20 ship gatecamps in an badger II? Well Sir, what you call quitting, I call common sense.

Wow.... Let me get this straight. You think I should: 1) Quit FW by signing up with a real corp. 2) Haul my stuff around and run a few missions. 3) Attempt to quit the corp to return to FW later in the day. 4) Wait 24 hours for roles to be removed 5) Reenlist with the Militia
as Opposed to 1) Click the "Retire" Button
can I ask....... why?

No, we think you should live with the consequences of what you do, if you're a hopper hop along.
You people take this stuff way too seriously. Eve is a Game. A G-A-M-E Game
Enjoy your lag spikes whenever someone hits the database for my 50 page employment history then, i guess.

It's obvious you dont know anything about FW, so this is my last reply to you.
Quote:
Also, two of those Perkone jaunts were for one minute. Please don't try to tell me you hauled stuff or ran a mission in that period of time.
No, actually, one of those times was an accident and the other I just wanted to check if it would reset time spent in militia stat after rejoining (it does). I'm sure that speaks volumes about my ability to fly a ship

blah blah you're not employable blahblah
Look I'm never going to seek a position with any moron(s) who think I should be risking defenseless hauling ships to high-sec gate camps just to keep my employment log nice and tidy. So don't even worry about that. I just dont want my employment history cluttered with duplicate crap. Add a "Quitter" Decoration for all I care, just keep it out of employment history

Originally by: fairimear Employment History is needed but needs alteration. It should be altered from dates you joined and left to time spent in a corp. SO instead of: Imperial academy from 06.08.2008 to 07.08.2008 Amarr Navy from 07.08.2008 to 07.09.2009. Imperial academy from 07.09.2009 to 08.09.2009 Omnicorp from 08.09.2008 until present.
It should read: Imperial academy : 1 day 2hours 17min Amarr Navy: 1 Year 1 month Omnicorp 4 years 4months 2 days Current corporation: Omnicorp
Why?
Because its a waste of damn space, time and can be confusing to some (i guess) reading the current system especially with characters swapping in and out of maybe 2-3 corps several times. Also cus it gives vital but also valuable information. Freely without effort. Tactically valuable information. atm i can see a bs on scanner. ID 1 local pilot. check his earliest emp and find that he maybe say 1 year old. For a 4 year vet chances are he will not be as hard a target as a 3 year old. A change in system would at least require a few more seconds to check this info.
And finally because SINCE WHEN has eve universe RP time and as such the time we spend in a corp in game been on the modern western calender?
I'd agree with this post wholeheartedly if my many fans wouldn't come ****ing all over it just for that reason.
So I humbly declare this a stupid idea *wink wink*
