I use 2 ships when I run missions, both Battleships in order to clear the mission out faster, and then salvage.
When running The Right Hand of Zazz Mission, I fleet warped my 2 accounts ( like normal ) and my Dominix ended up right in the middle of the NPC's, while my other BS ended up at the normal warp spot.
I tried to warp out, but the structures in the mission kept blocking me, and I was blown up.
I petitioned CCP, but they are telling me that they dont see a problem on their end.... yea sure...

Normal. Non-deadspace missions like that or Damsel in Distress have a set point you are dropped, but this only works for one warp. Any warps performed by anyone else, or if you cancel and start again, land you where you would without the messing around by the system.
In short: You are wrong.

It is annoying though, heh. I had a second account tonight on world collide third room warp right into the middle of the angel pack (instead of the normal warp off to the side) and aggro quite a few scrambler frigates and BS. Made for a close call since my ship was fit for mostly gank and had a barebones tank. It'd be nice if they'd fix it, but meh, I doubt it gets done, at least any time soon.

Personally the only 'fix' I'd like is for more warp in points to be randomised along with mission rats.
It would at least go some way to putting the challenge back into missions.

I agree, just basically more randomness would be great, this mission is kinda fun for the very reason it's not sure where you land, not sure how the OP got stuck though as I had a raven land in there and he got out just fine, I guess the answer is dont fly in a level 4 something that cant tank for a while if required

I think you missed the point. On some encounter missions, the first warp-in will always be to a specific point, but further warps can be to anywhere. In the case of the OP, he did a fleet warp to xxkm, and the first ship on the scene landed at the specific point, whereas the second ship warped in at xxkm. A harsh lesson in mission mechanics!

I've had this happen in RHZ (minus getting blown up). I always warp my mission-receiver in first to 100 km, then warp to fleet member with my other ship.
Depending on where you're warping to the structure gets in the way- if something like this happens again, don't try to warp so close to a structure, fly away from the structure a little by doubleclicking open space, and then once you're clear warp out.
Or choose a warp point out in that open space.
Or blow up the structure real quick.
Panic is not your friend. Petitioning panic response error will never go over well.
