Goonswarm have 3 recruitment methods. A: Be an SA member who fits the requirements. B: Join through one of the processing corps. C: Be sponsored in. The processing corps pretty much get no recognition because they're not meant to be spammed everywhere. They're not spammed everywhere because the people running them are usually lazy buggers who don't want to have to babysit and spycheck a bunch of players constantly (Like me). The basic premise behind them is that if you chill with someone for a decent amount of time in a processing corp, you'll realise if he's a dumbass pubbie or if he's actually good Goon material. Getting sponsored in is pretty much a no hoper unless you're a friend of a goon in real life. A couple of members hold processing corps that GF trusts. A character on this account runs one but nobody seems to bother applying to it though, I'm not really bothered, it means less people for me to keep an eye on. Needless to say though, a couple of people have gotten into Goonfleet through my processing corp that i'm aware of, and it worked out fine for them so vOv. If anyone in GS has the title "Recruiter" you can actually trust them since the CEOs don't just hand that title out. They encourage scamming but when it comes down to it the alliance has to get members from somewhere so we have to have REAL recruiters who are hurf blurf and serious somewhere. -----+----- Mail : BritishInvader for signature orders.

I am not a member of Goonfleet, or any allied corp of goonfleet. I don't even have any friends in Goonfleet or allied corps/alliances. I am just speaking of the PERSONAL interactions I have had with both Goonfleet members and BoB members and too date, Goons have been politer, enjoyed a good and reasonable conversation and have always given honest and decent advice if I have asked them something. On the other hand, Members of Bob have been some of the rudest gits I have met in local. Missile Bait
