And I am sure there would have been a possible way to compensate you in an appropriate manner, if it was not clear (and as the chat logs show you were aware off) that you can't use Xetic space as pass through. Never the less no compensation is good enough for the losses of life.
On the other hand as a responsible captain, it's your job to take care of your crew and ship and you were informed with a long talk that you can't pass. Instead you resisted all the way.
As of our neutral nature, we can't let either SA nor C4 and CA pass our borders and on a side point, we are not allowed to pass through your region.
An incident like this is no reason to start a full attack on Xetic territory, taking stations and killing innocent (not equipped with war equipments) pilots like it just happened.
So your behaviour not getting along with our rules could be simple be seen as a provocation of war (as could be seen by the call sign of your pilot ôHatePeace LoveWarö. Are you in thirst for war?
My request to any CA pilot, who is now in our territory, is to leave immediate Xetic space. So the harm will not be too big, on both sides, and a ground of neutrality could arise again.

There have been alot of trouble with Xetic pilots who don't stick to the NAP, we have the protocol in the NAP where Xetic pilots announce themselves in local. This is not done in 8 of the 10 jump ins on blockades. According to the NAP we have the right to kill these ships, however we do not do this as a best efford.
We have had XETIC members sit at our gate camps and refuse to leave, minutes afterwards hostile forces seem to know what is going on at the gate.
We have had several incidents few months back with forces of us beeing shot at, CEO's were contacted and Xetic forces apologized.
So what we stand here is that time after time Xetic breaks a NAP, is as less as possible shot at even in a warzone, and Xetic call killing their people who shoot at our members inocents?
Omega is known for holding its word, a promise is a promise. However we expect atleast the same back, and if you don't. You die.
Simple.
