Welcome to the 8th Celeste Lottery!
This lottery is a tad bit different from the previous ones. There are more prizes, more tickets, and I reckon itÆll take longer for them to sell as well.
The 1st prize is 3 ships of your choice (up to T1 battleships, up to T2 battlecruisers, Exhumers, T2 Industrials) and a free ticket to the next ship lottery.
The 2nd prize is 2 ships of your choice (up to T1 battleships, up to T2 battlecruisers, Exhumers, T2 Industrials) and a free ticket to the next ISK lottery.
The 3rd prize is 1 ship of your choice (up to T1 battleships, up to T2 battlecruisers, Exhumers, T2 Industrials) and a free ticket to the next ISK lottery.
The 4th prize is 100 million ISK and a free ticket to the next ship lottery.
The 5th prize is 50 million ISK and a free ticket to the next ISK lottery
The 6th prize is a free ticket to the next ship lottery.
The 7th prize is a free ticket to the next ISK lottery.
Each ticket costs 25 million ISK, and there is no limit to how many you can buy. The winning numbers will be announced the Wednesday or Saturday after all tickets have been sold at http://www.olg.ca/lotteries/games/howtoplay.do?game=lotto649
HereÆs the tricky part: Normally, the first 3 lottery numbers would be far more desirable than the latter 3. Thus, IÆve decided that if the mega number is 24 or lower, the prizes will go in normal numerical order. However, if the mega number is 25 or higher, the 6th number in the sequence will be the 2nd prize, the 5th number will be the 3rd prize, and so on. The mega number will always determine the 1st prize.
Example:
4 û13 û 31 û 35 û 41 û 44 û 21 (mega number)
#21 receives the 1st prize, #4 receives the 2nd prize, # 13 receives the 3rd prize, # 31 receives the 4th prize, # 35 receives the 5th prize, # 41 receives the 6th prize, 44 receives the 7th prize.
or...
2 û 11 û 20 û 27 û 30 û 44 û 36 (mega number)
#36 receives the 1st prize, #44 receives the 2nd prize, # 30 receives the 3rd prize, # 27 receives the 4th prize, # 20 receives the 5th prize, # 11 receives the 6th prize, #2 receives the 7th prize.

A. Nobody is forcing you to trust me. IÆve run many lotteries before, and I assure you that ruining my reputation over any amount of ISK is not worth it. Either trust me or don't:)

A. I do not pick the number, so there is no way this lottery can be fixed.
Q. "Why do you keep confirming/posting numbers picked by people?"
A. I simply wish to confirm peoples' numbers so nobody edits their posts after the draw, and I encourage people to quote my confirmation if they wish to.
Q. "Can I reserve a number and pay later?"
A. Absolutely, but numbers cannot be reserved for more than 12 hours, so please do transfer the ISK as soon as possible.

That's just great :) It seems that some of my propositionss really came to life ;)
Will gladly join this... 13,26 and 39 pls. Would by more but i'm little short of IKSs now (damn 60d GTC)
