160+29km with CN Lead. 298DPS on best named guns.
I say it can hit hard enough at ranges other sniper BS's normally work at.

bad range...
T2 no rigs spike L, 293 dps, targeting 249, 1k MWD speed
T2 with rigs, CN iridium ,245 range,295 dps
T2 with rigs, CN lead , 279+30 , 337 dps
if you went crazy with the isk you could do a lot better;
T2 rigs, Faction/officer gear CN lead , 279+30 , 426dps dps
no one will ever fly that beast tho, 2347 alpha

Yea, and when I see one only divine intervention will save the universe because there is CLEARLY no way to stop such a monstrosity (other than to shoot the logistics ships. . . )

Nothing wrong with that if you ask me, I fly the rokh with 425mm t2 and spike get optimal of 181km fallof 29km which works pretty well for me
