Amarr - Oatmeal. Nutritious and filling but always lulz at when mentioned to the other races.
Minmatar - Hotdogs. Fast to fix and tasty but made of things you would probably not deign to mention in the company of others.
Caldari - Hungry Man frozen dinner. Generic food(?) that appeals to the masses and is cheap as shit to boot.
Gallente. Energy drink. If your looking for maximum pew pew for your sp then look no further.

Amarr - absynthe, classed by experienced people as being very good but leaves amateurs and people just having sip dead in it's wake
Caldari - beer, common and nothing special in most cases. It's cheap and very good at sulling you into lonely boredom
Gallente - Red Bull, lookatit damage oooh damage damaaaaage!!!!! killkillkillkill *topple over*
Minmatar - tequilla, whodamn what a rush, MORE! afterwards you find yourself halfdead and halfnaked somewhere in an alley but DAMN you sure had fun.

Gallente: Mahimahi (Related to the Dolphin [not the mammal], tough, fast, and tasty. Easy fish to cook and eat)
Minmatar: Opah (also called moonfish, awesome for sashimi, grilling and goes well with beer)
Caldari: Hebi ( a type of spearfish, can be mean as hell when hooked and don't make the mistake of grabbing it by the mouth, they have nasty teeth)

The Amarr are bitter: Cocoa Powder, Coffee, Hops heavy beers, and the like.
The Gallente are Sweet: Candies, Sweet Fruits, Honey.
The Minmatar are sour: Lemons, G****fruit, and Tamarind come to mind.
As for the Caldari, I always figured the Caldari taste like Soylent Green would taste.

Each one of these fish has a very distinct flavor. It's easier to describe the fish than the flavor, but if you ever come to Hawaii, try each of them. you'll see what I mean.

I've always thought of Caldari as being like Rice & Tofu. Filling, but bland.
Flying Minmatar ships is like dining on the world's tastiest, hottest vindaloo. Real fun while the going's good. But damn, if you don't know what you're doing you'll cause yourself some pain. Even if you do know what you're doing, that stuff is hot on the way in, hot on the way out, if you know what I mean.
