GoogleDocs hosted proposal
Sorry for not posting in the forum but reformatting all over again would be a pain and I think it looks much better on googleDocs than I could make it here anyway. If anyone really has an issue with this let me know and I will transfer the information here.

One question I'd like clarified though:
The Bond is running for 2 and a half months (10 weeks)? From the doc "Returns will be 5% a fortnight (2 week period) for 6 weeks or approximately 2 1/2 months." (It is also stated as 2.5 in the title so I assume 6 weeks is a typo).
yes it is, sorry about that. correct term is approximately 10 weeks.

clock starts 12:01 gmt time right after downtime next monday. when I get home I'll create the holding character and holding corp and all money will be transferred to him for easy accounting.

ok holding corp has been created and share vote initiated. I have decided that since everything has proceeded much quicker than I had anticipated to move the start date forward to 12:01 GMT/server time friday, right after downtime.
you may send isk to BHoldings. Shares will be distributed once the vote for creation of more goes through. Due date for isk is 12:01 Thursday server time.

I would like to apologize for the lack of share distribution so far. either I've screwed up or there was a bug but for some reason despite my vote to create an extra 1,000 shares I only have... 1,000 shares even though it listed the corp as starting with that many.
So err, vote has been started again and hopefully it works this time

indeed there is! I just realised what I was doing wrong, didn't realise I had to sanction them after passing the vote (sorry, new to the corp management interfaces) distributing right now. you should have your shares within the next 15 mins.
