If the job is in a POS array and the POS goes offline, an additional parameter appears in the XML called pauseProductionTime. This parameter stays in effect until the POS comes back online and then the end time updates. EVE-MEEP doesn't recognise the pauseProductionTime parameter and displays a job as finished if the current date/time is after the end time even if the job is paused due to an offline POS.
