In the EVE no opportunity to play a small Corp. Robbery action giants corps already do not meaningless and interesting game. Why why can not be peaceful existence of ordinary miners and producers why they should blatantly without any accounting of interest on their part to destroy, kill and drown.
In these minutes small Corporation (3 mans) be subjected to attacks in the system of Pananan. Attacking forces is - isk corporation and the interstellar alliance (100 mans).
We are the defending forces from the past.
This is not true.

I realize english is not your native tongue, so I'll forgive the post.
That said, your corporation is located in an area of Low Security space. This means that anyone can shoot at you if they see you. Move to an area of space with a security rating of more than 0.5. This will protect you from being attacked all the time.

Unfortunately on systems of 0.5 and above can not be mined ore in the moons.
I plan to put the station in 0.5 only for purposes of research.

Don't mean to be rude, but the way you wrote, and the names of the characters and the avatars... it just looked really really cute, and kind of a perfect RP for what I'd expect a bunch of miners to be like! 
On a more serious note, when you're operating in lowsec, the nature of EVE is that anything goes down there, and you open yourself up to attack from anybody who feels like it (and believe me, Eve is full of people who would not hesitate to kill other people simply because they can). If you must stay in low-sec in order to do moon-mining, then you need the protection of a big corporation which can provide escort services and backup when you need it. 0.0 regions are the territory of the corporations and alliances which own them and you need to look to them for protection. This is also important to an extend in lowsec, although it's harder for a 0.0 corp to provide protection in lowsec since it's not owned by them and help might not arrive fast enough.
If you're moon-mining, though, it probably means you're fuelling a station somewhere. Such an investment surely means you've got friends out there who can protect you? If not, virtually anyone who sees you *will* attack you and destroy you simply because they can.

The best I can tell is, his small corp has been attacked, or even war decced, by a larger pirate corp. And, he doesn't like this, and wants help, also because he wants to setup a mining station?. Correct?.

My corp ran a POS in lowsec for months before discovering that it offered no benefits so moved it to highsec.
In all that time I was never attacked except by RA smartblobs that attacked anything that moved (taking out an empty hauler by hot-dropping 2 carriers and a dread on it). It's all in where you choose to put up your POS. If you anchor it at a moon with good resources expect to be attacked almost daily.
