Daniel Jackson, who is of our best Caldari Milita plexers, has come under daily assault by one corp; The Dead Parrot Shoppe Inc. [FOOM].
In the interests of trying to remain relevant in EVE, Friedrick Psitalon has sicked his FOOM dogs on this poor guy constantly, killing him a dozen times in 48 hours.
Shouldn't this be considered griefing? I mean this is a game, and it's supposed to be fun.
First the Caldari NPC Navy is gamed by these guys so they don't show up to defend our pilots, and now they are just ganging up on our plexers, this is not fair.

His fault for being Caldari and on the opposite militia to FOOM?
This is not griefing, this is war.

No stretch of the term "griefing" could possibly apply here. Daniel Jackson donated his body to the cloning technicians when he signed up for FW. Furthermore, why aren't other Caldari FW members protecting their FC?

Nice to see Fried trying to still be the man when he will forever be remembered for fleeing bruce before it imploded to try and claim it was nothing to do with his ego and inabilty.

There's no such thing as griefing under the auspices of a war.

A strong contender for a reason is contained within this sentence fragment, if he is as good as you claim.
Fair or not, a valid tactic in war is to target known talented individuals in an effort to drive them from the strategic arena.
Of course, if he feels otherwise, then he is perfectly free to attempt to petition it under 'Harassment', but he had better have strong evidence that it is a vendetta that would fall within the very narrow definition of unwarranted griefing given by the EULA.

Why not take advantage of this tactic instead of seeing it as a disadvantage. Fly in fleets equipped with large amounts of remote reppers and put good 'ole Daniel in an extremely heavily resistance-tanked battleship? If they want to spend half the fight chewing through his armor instead of popping better primaries, make them pay for it. ---------------- Play EVE: Downtime Madness v0.83 (Updated 7/3) |

/me continues stacking Daniel Jackson corpses.
If you haven't noticed FOOM's habit of hamstringing the Caldari in any way we can despite being heavily outnumbered, you probably won't get it this time, either. We're going to continue making you miserable as long as you wear a Caldari Militia tag, and the moment you don't, we'll gladly shake your hand and buy you a beer.
Simple solution: Fly an alt and stay under the radar, or leave the Militia. The very moment CCP tells us to back off, we'll immediately do so - until then, thanks for confirming this is distressing to him. Maybe I'll up the bounty a bit.
Tune in to the next episode of "We hate Friedrick and he doesn't matter anymore, but we're still posting in threads about him."

He shouldn't be killable if he doesn't want to be killable. I saw his ship losses and I really don't get why he isn't flying stabbed. Sure the lock timing sucks but having sucky lock timings is better than getting popped.

Like in that fit, which is an obvious mission fit for doing FW missions or plexing, you'd rather have a slightly bigger tank than a warp stab?
Against NPC's who cares about lock time? I'd rather survive a scram personally.

Remember, this is still a game and DJ pays to play just like you and me. Forcing him to change his play style or not be able to play a legitimate style he wants to play or not play at all is Griefing.
You can declare war on a Corp and attack various Corp members (Militia) but you can't specifically target an individual player, that's harassment, anyway sent him hazard pay.

You have to be kidding. In faction warfare anything goes. as long as it's ingame. He is signed up for that war. He can leave at any time he wants to. Or he can stop FCing since that's the only reason he's being targeted specifically. And quite a legitimate reason at that
