If he is indeed one of your best, I'd say their focusing their resources quite effectively. If they're going to hunt him specifically, use that to advantage. Diversion and deception are valid tactics too. Its not harrassment or greifing its war. At least this time FOOM are not cheating or using questionable tactics to do so. Or did they use a neutral to rep their ships killing Daniel?
