This most likely. My guess it's your videocard. Make sure your comp is not boxed in so the fans can suck in cool air and loose the heated more efficiently.

It probably is a heating issue. My Alienware used to do that when the video cards got hot. I would have to turn it off, unplug it, let it cool down for about a half hour, take the chassis off, then add liquid coolant. I would also vacuum the fans air vents and anything else that seemed a little dusty.
This would prevent the problem for about 6 months when I would have to do the process all over again.

esc | display and graphics | advanced | set present interval = 1 if this makes it go away then it is a cooling issue -- BIG Lottery, BIG Deal, InEve, USERPROFILE

are you sure its your mobo and not your graphics card? i know some ati cards have issues with the vrm's whistling when the card gets stressed.

*sigh*
Your motherboard will beep (if it's got one) when there's a hardware issue/error/problem, the specific beeps correspond to the error codes in the motherboard manual which means if you check that you will know exactly what is not working rather than the trial and error guess work other are suggesting. In all fairness though, you don't give alot of information about your system, even if heat if the most probably culprit.
If it is heat then your fps is so high interval 1 probably won't be enough, or it will gimp your fps horribly. In either case forcing v-sync + triple buffering (which for some strange reason eve won't let you set) will cap your fps a the monitors refresh rate while keeping it as close to as it can, rather than simply halving it like interval 1 will do. ***The EVE servers and their patches*** |

I have checked all the issues here.
Setting Interval 1 doesn't stop the issue.
The fan speeds and temps of parts are within normal limits.
There is nothing in the mobo manual that corresponds to the beeps I am hearing. Yes, these are beeps, but they are not beep codes.. Shall I make a recording?

Mobo beep codes are for Post/bios when you start the computer, they are not active once the computer boots.
Have you seen any symptoms of overheating? Has your computer shutdown or rebooted on its own when the beeps have been occurring?

reboot, go to bios (F2, DEL or something similar key combination will get you there) and search for 'PC Health status/CPU Warning temperature' (or similar). set it to disabled/higher. if you cant find it, kill the beeper and problem is solved (temps are normal, right ? ;-)
