I just tried to log in for the morning and got hit with this same error. No fault code or anything just 'handshake failed.' |

Glad I was in station when this happened. Has anyone from CCP figured out WTF is going on? Or should I wait 6 hours and 1 "Try clearing your cahce" message later? |

Same problem, crashed while logging into trial account, attempting to log into this one showed as still logged in.
Probably a login server issue. |

i was in the middle of a mission....guess to say i will lose 2.5 million isk in drones because of this |

Same here. Four accounts closed on two PCs when I tried to log one out. Thought it was the internet connection or the client on my PC but your posts tell me it is not. |

Seems that some accounts are stuck outside the game ... if they were active ... as i have 3 and 2 are offline the one that was not online can now enter ...
