After getting DC, tried to log in but is stuck after keying in password with following message:
"handshake failed, server failure"
please fix. |

Server status says up but after DC all clients fail with the above mentioned error. |

I'm getting this on one account and not another, so it's not universal. It's not even everyone in a system that got booted, so maybe which proxy server you're getting assigned to? |

Same here, DC'ed on 2 accounts and can't log in. W-space, 2 different systems. One corpmate also got this on 4 accs and another one didn't.

One account disconnected while hauling. Can't log it back on.

Also seeing it here. Was logged in. A few minutes before, noticed
the machine was very sluggish; each client was saturating one
core of the machine. Memory usage was normal (which on this
box is about 800 MiB for each Eve process).
Switched both clients from Captain's Quarters to Docking Bay and
went to refill my coffee mug.
Came back to two logged off clients.
As of 10:50am EST, both are still getting a popup window
when I try to log in:
Connection Failed
Handshake failed - Server Failure
Here's the path my packets are taking into the .ccp.cc network:

Tranquility will go down for a reboot at 15:10 UTC to resolve issues with a large number of players being unable to log in. We expect to return to service no later than 15:10 UTC |
