Erm... you did see the numbers for Rapier/Ishtar and the Ceptors... right? They're without Snakes or Claymore etc, and LvL 5 Skirmish Warfare is pretty much standard to have in a gang. Note also, that the used Hardwirings cost 35 Million alltogether and are considered dirt cheap. .

Also, polycarbs and nanofibers no longer reduce the mass of your ship, they increase speed and agility.

No, my numbers seem quiet correct. The Curse going 350m/sec after Skirmish Warfare LvL 5 is applied and then +675.93% MWD = 2716m/sec. .
