The best moments of Eve is when someone throws a hissy fit after you pwned them when they didn't expect it. You often use the "it's a PvP game-line", but what you really mean by that is that the game is supposed to be exploited and won. No trick is beneath you as long as it lets you get a laugh at the expense of someone else. Everything is valid until CCP says it's not.

I dunno what responses are actually keys to generate this...probably all the stuff about lag being bad, as that is apparently a FOTM issue, even though it has been in EVE since the beginning.

System security status is a matter of profit/no profit for you, and you always factor in the possibility/probability of PvP in your estimates. To you, Eve isn't a PvP or a PvE game. In my opinion, the main focus for CCP ATM should be on reducing blobbing. I feel that although scams are a valid form of gameplay, they are overused ATM (trade and WTB contracts should include for the most part valid offers with a few scams for the unwary). And while i certainly respect piracy as a valid form of gameplay, the only way it will be viable is if the game can persuade (trough forcing you will only bleed the game dead as non pirates would just leave) people to play prey. It's biggest problem is balancing the rewards of piracy against allowing players to avoid being defeated.
