The NC should have quite a few titans of their own and quite a sizable cap fleet. They've been left alone in relative peace forever with all kinds of Sov4 systems and PLENTY of time to crank out cap and supercap alike unmolested. If they didn't then that is their failing so why should BoB not 'bring it' if they took the time/energy/planning to build a cap/supercap fleet?

Ive seen at least 4 different hostile titans attempt to DD us.

Everyones had their turn doing that at one point and time. The key with the north is actually to break them, and in 5 years no one, including BoB has been able to do that. You can sit in their space, hold all their stations wait a year, but the second you leave they all reform with the same corps, led by the same people under a new name to take it back. They're kinda like the bad guy from Terminator movies, in all respects the movie should have been over half way through, but it just keeps reforming and reforming.
