I just wanted people to know a bit that has gone down.
(I only have seen part of it so obviously this is not a complete report by any means)
There have been four RED POS's killed in EC-PBR that I have seen. I have SS all POS's in system. ALL of RED's POS's are in reinforcement coming out in about 13-14 hours. Many of those were producing complex/simple reactions. If you look at the link for POS's you will see RED's that have a neg mark at the end. Those do NOT have anything at them. (Must be for SOV) The other all have reactors as them. Think of the ISK value RED has lost/is losing as we speak.
The system CYNO Jammer is comming out of reinforcement at 18:20 or so Eve time. If RED wants to stop BoB's caps from coming in and killing all their other POS's (that are going to come out of reinforcement) they HAVE to come protect this POS. And of course BoB has to kill it to have the advantage late in the morning.
Bob seems to have many more allies then I would have thought. (See Bob and Allies below) All of Bob's POS's are up and running.
And then I have one screenshot of them killing a POS last night.

Jumping in caps is always risky because of grid loading lag.
But then RA is not know for not taking risks. So there might be a battle!

Before you hire your self at some newspaper as reporter then you gota make sure you spell the name of the country/system right, so that is EC-P8R, secondly, im sure eweryone did know what your reporting and old news NEWER sell good.
Btw, it dont matter at all for RED, they have p-2 and like it there.

for those expecting something really worthy when it comes to moon harvesting in ec-, the best you can get there is neodymium and technetium, one moon each. but sure its nice to have a complete reactor farm working one jump from empire with a station to store stuff. i must know :)
