Did a few tests on sisi with my neutron mega, and with my standard setup i have a top speed of 733ms. it took me 59sec to reach 700ms and another 57sec to reach max speed.
another major issue is that those time i actually got in good range they waited until i had deactivated my mwd and simply ran out of range again.
tracking anything smaller then a bs is also a major pain in the ass tbh.
I would also like to point out that imo the best way to nerf speed would be to just put a speed cap on what different size ship can reach.
it would not cause nearly as many problems as all these changes does

AC don't use capacitor, surely you must acknowledge that as a huge bonus???
Some how Minmatar pilots always seem to forget this, as usual. I think the answer here is more top speed for Gallente ships, the BS specifically, and something like triple the tracking.
please try and remember that even though minni guns dont need cap they have extremly shitty optimal and bad dps with anything other then eft fittings

I'm not in the mood for personal attacks on my main today. You know how it is when you post with your main. As soon as you post something as a minority in a thread people are on about how you are a noob that doesn't fly this and that and how your corp sucks and how your alliance should do this and that. Everything turns into a popularity contest. It's very amusing when people can't abuse names and instead stare into this alt instead.
well, if you actually posted some constructive posts with your main rather then flaming rabble with your alt it would have helped
